Its strength is the wider entrepreneurial and creative-campus format. The site includes open spaces, cafes, events and relaxation areas. Workspace 1 can suit someone who comes for a full workday, values community and does not need to receive formal corporate clients every day.

Declared amenities include meeting rooms, call booths, printing and scanning, kitchen, library, leisure areas, showers, security and card access. Exact hours, late-night access and availability of specific areas depend on membership and should be confirmed.

The main limitation is the commute. For someone living in BKK1, Daun Penh or the northern side of the city, travel time may matter more than the price difference. Test the journey at the times you would actually travel regularly.

Regus at Exchange Square and Canadia Tower

Regus offers coworking access, day offices, meeting rooms, virtual addresses and private offices in two central business buildings. Exchange Square is on Street 106; Canadia Tower is near Ang Duong Street and Monivong Boulevard.

Its main advantage is a central address. It is convenient for Exchange Square, Canadia Tower, Riverside and the business side of Daun Penh. The hotel format also helps if you are meeting a visiting client.

At the same time, a hotel public zone may be livelier than a dedicated office. Before an important call, check the exact seat and ask whether a closed meeting room is available. A “quiet corner” does not mean acoustic privacy.

SAHAKA

District and commute matter more than the interior

In Phnom Penh, the daily route can completely change the value of a workspace. A beautiful office reached through several congested intersections can quickly become a membership you use less than planned.

Daun Penh is convenient for banks, government offices, international companies and guests staying in the centre. Exchange Square, Canadia Tower and TRIBE are here. The trade-off is a higher price level, dense traffic and a more business-oriented atmosphere.

Do not count only the map time. Add waiting for transport, parking, building entry, lift time and the walk from reception to the desk. An extra 30 minutes each way becomes roughly 20 hours over 20 working days.

How to test the work infrastructure
