The reliability of a deal abroad depends heavily on who you're dealing with at each stage. NovAsia doesn't buy "blind": we work directly with the developers of vetted projects and with a partner agency on the ground in Phnom Penh that supports the deal offline — through to receiving the keys. Below are the two pillars this process rests on.

The project developers

We work directly with developers that have a track record of delivered buildings in Phnom Penh. That means you sign a contract not with a reselling middleman, but with the company that physically builds the building and is contractually responsible for the terms — including the guaranteed-income and buy-back programmes.

Urban Living Solutions

Project: Odom Tower

A Cambodian company founded in 2016 in Phnom Penh. It develops mixed-use complexes and modern urban housing. Delivered projects: Urban Loft, The Factory, Urban Village, Uchi Residences, Rose Apple Square, Bakong Village.

Megakim World Corporation

Project: Time Square 9

A developer with around 9 years' experience in the Cambodian market. In the premium BKK1 district it has already delivered the Time Square series (TS1, TS5, TS6). It specialises in recognisable residential towers in central locations in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville.

Kingston Royale

Project: Kingston Royale

A team of Cambodian developers building around the "affordable luxury" concept — modern, quality housing fully furnished and with after-sale support. The focus is on material quality and service for owners.

Developer names and data are stated according to their official materials. NovAsia is not a developer; the sale-and-purchase contract is signed directly with the project developer.

On-the-ground support in Phnom Penh

The second pillar is a partner real-estate agency in Phnom Penh — our representatives "on the ground". They provide what can't be done remotely: personal presence at the deal's stages and real-time oversight of the property. Thanks to this you can go through the whole journey while abroad, and still not buy "blind".

The on-the-ground work is backed by a physical office in central Phnom Penh, available for meetings with clients and investors by prior arrangement.
