NovAsia

NovAsia partners

NovAsia's partner network follows the markets we actually work in: Cambodia and Thailand. The value is not a page full of partner names. It is having a practical route into a specific development and being able to clarify its current terms with people connected to that market.

Our catalogue is a starting point, not a closed list. If you have already found a development in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Phuket, Pattaya or Bangkok, you can bring that project to us directly rather than starting your search again from zero.

How it works

A partner relationship only helps a buyer if it improves the quality of the information around the deal. We use those relationships to obtain project materials, clarify what is actually being offered and separate confirmed terms from points that still need checking before a purchase.

NovAsia works directly with developers, but direct access is not the same thing as due diligence. Price, payment schedule, documents, management arrangements and other material terms still need to be assessed for the specific property and the current version of the offer. The relationship should make that process more efficient, not make scrutiny unnecessary.

Markets

In Cambodia, our partner work is centred on NovAsia's established markets of Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. In Thailand, it is developing through experts and partners in Phuket, Pattaya and Bangkok. The service model may be consistent, but the legal and commercial context is not.

A project should always be assessed within its own country and city. Ownership structure, taxes and transaction rules can differ materially between Cambodia and Thailand, so a familiar property format or similar price does not make the two deals equivalent.

In Cambodia, NovAsia works with Pointer Property Co., Ltd, with Elvira Shamuratova, Associate Director at Pointer Property, Pointer profile ID 472 (Pointer Property agency licence EV-18-274), acting as the lead specialist for NovAsia clients. The local team supports property searches, viewings, communication with developers and sellers, document requests and other stages where direct knowledge of the Cambodian market matters.

In Thailand, local property support is provided through Bomi Home / Flow Income Co., Ltd, registration number 0205566055506. Mark Erometskiy and Zaur Musali develop the Bomi Home team: Mark leads client-facing property work and shortlisting, while Zaur is also involved in the operational side of the local company. NovAsia remains the initial point of contact and information platform, while the contracting party, payment beneficiary and each party's obligations are defined in the documents for the specific transaction.
