These terms describe the conditions for using the novasia.estate site. By using the site, its materials, the quiz or our Telegram bot, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

NovAsia's role

NovAsia is an information and advisory project and an intermediary agency for selecting investment real estate in Cambodia. We help match a property, understand the developers' terms and support you up to the deal through partners in Phnom Penh. NovAsia is not a developer, a bank, a financial advisor or a party to the sale-and-purchase contract.

What you get on the site

The site provides informational materials: articles, project descriptions, calculations, a calculator, and the ability to leave a consultation request. All materials are for information only. For more on the limits, see the Investment disclaimer, which is an integral part of these terms.

User obligations

• Provide accurate information when getting in touch for a consultation.
• Don't use the site for unlawful purposes, don't try to disrupt its operation, and don't collect other users' data.
• Make investment decisions yourself, checking the terms with the developer and independent specialists.

Limitation of liability

NovAsia makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site correct and current, but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or applicability to your situation. The terms of projects, yields, installments, discounts and buy-back depend on the specific developer, the contract and unit availability, and may change. NovAsia is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site's materials, or for the actions of developers or third parties. The developer is the guarantor of income and buy-back obligations.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and other site materials belong to NovAsia unless otherwise stated. Project images are developer renders and materials and are used for informational purposes. Copying materials for commercial purposes without consent is not permitted.

The site may contain links to external resources (Telegram, developer services). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. Following external links is at your discretion.

Changes to the terms

We may update the terms. The current version with the date of update is always available on this page. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the updated terms.
