Developer profile corrections and updates

How a company, buyer or reader can report an error and what evidence is needed to change a public profile.

Found an incorrect legal name, an outdated project status or the wrong company role in a developer profile? A company representative, buyer, property owner or reader can ask NovAsia to review it. A public profile is changed on the basis of a specific disputed passage and verifiable evidence, not a general request to remove unwelcome information. This page explains what to send, how the review works and how material historical facts are handled when new information becomes available.

Who can request a correction

A correction may be requested by the company concerned, a buyer, an owner, a counterparty or any reader who has identified a factual problem. Typical reasons include an incorrect legal name, the wrong role in a development, an outdated date, a mistaken project connection, an inaccurate statement about an approval or a new official document that changes the previously reported position.

Company representatives should include their title and a business contact. Other readers do not need to prove a formal relationship with the company, but they should distinguish personal opinion from a checkable fact. A request can still be submitted when the evidence is incomplete; the point will remain open until there is enough support for a public amendment.

Evidence to include

Identify the profile, quote the exact passage, provide the wording you believe is accurate and attach a dated source. A broad request to remove negative or uncomfortable context, without evidence addressing the stated fact, is not enough to change the page.

A legal-name or corporate-structure change should be supported by a current registry extract or official corporate document. A company’s role in a specific development should be supported by the relevant agreement, permit, land document, authority notice or another official record that names the legal entity, project and applicable date. A public name search through Online Business Registration may help locate the registration route, but it does not by itself prove that the company is the seller under the sale and purchase agreement.

The evidence must match the claim. A document for another group company, phase or period should not be extended to the whole portfolio. Unrelated personal information may be redacted before submission as long as the details needed for verification remain visible.

What is amended and what stays on record

Confirmed factual errors are corrected. This may involve a legal name, company role, project connection, event date or wording that went beyond the underlying document. Where the new evidence applies only to one phase, tower, site or entity, the public change is limited to that scope.

Material risk information and significant past events are not erased simply because they are inconvenient. The profile is updated with the current status, outcome or official response while retaining the historical date. Readers can then see both the original event and what happened afterwards.

Records for different legal entities, developments, phases or periods are not combined into one conclusion. Personal documents are not published unless necessary; the public profile contains only the information needed to explain the supported amendment.

How the review is carried out

The request is first matched to the exact profile and passage. NovAsia then checks who issued the document, its date, the legal entity and project it concerns, and how far the evidence supports the proposed wording. Other available records are compared where appropriate so that one error is not replaced with another.

The outcome may be a correction, a narrower statement, an added current status or no change. When evidence is incomplete or unresolved documents point in different directions, NovAsia may ask for further material or keep a cautious qualification until the point can be clarified. The change record retains the date, affected information, supporting basis and the person who checked it.

Keeping the Russian and English profiles aligned

Once a material change is supported, the Russian and English profiles are updated together. The wording does not need to be identical, but the fact, date, scope and any important qualification must carry the same meaning in both versions.

The change record keeps the date, affected information, documentary basis and the person responsible for the check. Personal documents received during the review are not automatically made public; the profile presents the supported conclusion and only the evidence description needed by the reader.

How to submit a request

Send the request to info@novasia.estate and keep the relevant information in one message:

1. Link to the developer profile.

2. Quote the exact passage that appears incorrect or out of date.

3. Provide the proposed wording and explain what has changed.

4. Attach the document or source link, identify the issuer and date, and specify the phase, tower or site where relevant.

5. Include a name and contact for follow-up; company representatives should also state their role.

A useful subject line is “Developer profile correction: [company name]”. Avoid sending a complete personal document when a relevant page, extract or redacted copy is sufficient for the review.

Buyer checks

  • Request the exact passage and evidence
  • Classify the correction type
  • Update both language versions
  • Preserve material event history
  • Re-run QA and aliases
