JINGDI Group
In Cambodia, the JINGDI Group name is principally associated with JINGDI East Asia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Phnom Penh Galaxy Garden in Sen Sok. Cambodian Department of Intellectual Property gazettes from 2023–2025 record the local legal entity and Sen Sok addresses, providing a useful corporate trail. That does not by itself establish the seller’s authority over a particular unit, so transaction documents still need to be checked at unit level.
A company name is not a recommendation. Check the project company, contract and selected unit before reservation.
Overview
In Cambodia, the JINGDI Group name is principally associated with JINGDI East Asia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Phnom Penh Galaxy Garden in Sen Sok. Cambodian Department of Intellectual Property gazettes from 2023–2025 record the local legal entity and Sen Sok addresses, providing a useful corporate trail. That does not by itself establish the seller’s authority over a particular unit, so transaction documents still need to be checked at unit level.
Track record
The verified Cambodian delivery record is concentrated in Phnom Penh Galaxy Garden. Knight Frank listed the 1,140-unit scheme among Phnom Penh condominiums completed in the first half of 2023, while Realestate.com.kh now shows the project as 100% complete with 33 floors and a 2023 completion year. Earlier project marketing described Galaxy Garden as the group’s first Cambodian development and referred to three further projects in the pipeline, but I could not verify that those schemes were later launched in Cambodia by the same local entity.
Segments and prices
JINGDI’s confirmed Cambodian product is a large urban condominium rather than landed housing. Galaxy Garden contains 1,140 units, with published layouts of roughly 47–148 sq m. Realestate.com.kh currently shows individual listings starting around US$73,880 and examples in roughly the US$1,540–1,750 per sq m range. These are marketplace listings, not a verified live developer price list, so buyers should confirm whether a unit is primary or resale stock and obtain the actual transaction price directly for that unit.
Geography
JINGDI’s verifiable Cambodian footprint is currently limited to Phnom Penh. Phnom Penh Galaxy Garden is in Sen Sok, on the capital’s northwestern side, within a district that has developed around major retail and residential nodes. I found no comparably well-supported evidence of JINGDI developments in other Cambodian cities as of the access date.
Reliability and public record
The strongest verifiable point is delivery of a large completed asset: Knight Frank recorded Galaxy Garden among Phnom Penh condominium completions in 2023, and the project remains marketed as ready to move in. The local company name also appears repeatedly in Cambodian official gazettes and project sources. Corporate disclosure beyond this is relatively thin, however, and earlier claims about a wider pipeline do not amount to a demonstrated multi-project Cambodian record. Transaction quality should therefore be judged through the unit title, seller identity and contract documentation rather than brand scale alone.
What to verify
For a Galaxy Garden purchase, first establish who is actually selling the selected unit: JINGDI East Asia, a related company, or an existing owner in a resale transaction. Then obtain the title for that unit and verify the registered owner, encumbrances, floor and remaining foreign-ownership capacity in the building. Because the development is completed, operational due diligence also matters: confirm current service charges, management rules, condition of common areas and the payment process with the building manager. If the seller relies on the Chinese group’s history or other JINGDI projects as evidence of experience, ask for documentation showing how that record connects to the Cambodian legal entity.

Which legal entity is associated with JINGDI Group in Cambodia?
Cambodian official gazettes and project profiles identify JINGDI East Asia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. as the local entity associated with the brand. That gives buyers a useful verification point, but the seller named in the contract must still be matched against the unit title and payment instructions.
Is Phnom Penh Galaxy Garden completed?
Yes. Knight Frank counted the 1,140-unit development among Phnom Penh condominium completions in the first half of 2023, and the current Realestate.com.kh project profile shows 100% construction progress and a ready-to-move-in status.
Can a foreign buyer own a unit in Galaxy Garden?
Cambodian law permits foreign ownership of private units in co-owned buildings subject to statutory restrictions, including the foreign-ownership cap. For Galaxy Garden, eligibility must be confirmed for the exact unit by checking its floor, title and the remaining foreign quota at the time of purchase.
