Fraser Suites Reserve will begin opening at One Bangkok in December

December opening comes before a March 2027 full launch

Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok is planned for the top ten floors of a 45-storey office and retail tower at One Bangkok, at the junction of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road. The property will have 255 rooms and apartments. Many are expected to include integrated kitchenettes, alongside dining, leisure and guest facilities within the property.

The company says the first guests will be welcomed from December 2026 as part of a phased opening. The grand opening is scheduled for March 2027, when the full range of facilities and experiences is expected to be available. Anyone considering a stay during the first few months should therefore distinguish the initial opening phase from the completed operating setup planned for March.

This is serviced accommodation, not a property sale

The announcement is most relevant to corporate travellers, people testing a longer stay in Bangkok, and residents who prefer serviced accommodation to a conventional hotel. The format is intended to provide more day-to-day living functionality, particularly for longer stays, while retaining on-site hospitality services.

Frasers Hospitality has not used this announcement to set out accommodation rates, detailed long-stay terms or any ownership offer. It also does not say that every planned facility will be available from the first day in December. Those details will matter when comparing the property with conventional rentals or other serviced apartments once booking terms are published.
