Phnom Penh Plans a New Public Recreation Space in Por Sen Chey

The plan includes more trees, seating, toilets and an upgraded entrance

Cambodia's Ministry of Interior, citing the Phnom Penh Capital Administration, says the site covers more than three hectares. The city has called for additional planting, renovated toilets, benches and waste bins, as well as an eight-metre-wide concrete access road.
