Global Titan Stone

Global Titan Stone chose an unusually narrow strategy: two residential towers in the same Phnom Penh district, connected by one strong artistic idea. Rather than build a broad portfolio, the company concentrated on the Picasso series in BKK1—first Picasso City Garden, then the much larger Picasso Sky Gemme.

The first development already provides a physical record. Picasso City Garden is a 30-storey, roughly 110-metre tower with 144 residences, completed around 2021–2022. Its art theme is not limited to the name; it extends into the façade, interiors and common areas, creating a property with a very specific visual character.

One operating building and a much larger second act

Picasso City Garden allows Global Titan Stone to be assessed without the usual uncertainty of an early-stage launch. The building has residents, rental activity, resale stock and an operating management system. Buyers can see whether the expressive interiors still feel convincing after several years and whether complex decorative elements create additional maintenance demands.

Picasso Sky Gemme carries the same idea to a different scale. Planned at Streets 57 and 282, the 52-storey project contains 276 residences ranging from approximately 61 to 700 square metres. The official programme targets completion in 2029, and the start of construction was announced in March 2026.

The new tower introduces larger homes, penthouses, gallery-like spaces, customised furniture and several levels of amenities. This is not neutral housing; it is a complete aesthetic environment. A distinctive identity may support premium positioning, but it also raises the execution risk. The more the concept depends on detail, the more visible any compromise in materials, lighting or common-area delivery will become.

The Picasso project company is increasingly visible behind the brand

Current official communications and financial disclosures come from Picasso City Garden Development Plc, incorporated in 2016 and listed on the Cambodia Securities Exchange on 10 December 2025. Global Titan Stone remains part of the brand’s history and structure, but the listed project company has become the more visible source of information on Sky Gemme.

That evolution helps buyers by creating regular reporting and a clearer view of project stage. It also reinforces the distinction between the public-facing development name and the legal party involved in a transaction.

Global Titan Stone’s reputation currently rests on one completed tower rather than a sequence of deliveries. Picasso City Garden shows that the company can execute a strongly designed premium property. Sky Gemme must prove that the approach can be repeated in a taller, more expensive and technically demanding building. The quality of the second project will determine whether the Picasso series becomes a sustainable development model or remains one successful architectural statement followed by an untested promise.
