Royal Group Properties
Also known as: Royal Group Property, Royal Group of Companies property division
Property arm of Royal Group; project JVs and SPVs remain separate legal profiles.
Royal Group Properties is currently easiest to assess through Royal Group Central, a 27-storey office tower in central Phnom Penh. The distinction matters because the Royal Group name covers a vast conglomerate spanning telecommunications, finance, transport, hospitality, education and property. Not every prominent group-related asset belongs automatically to this particular development company.
Royal Group Central stands at Kramuon Sar Boulevard and Street 67 on a site long associated with the group’s banking business. By early 2026, the building had moved into operation: J Trust Royal Bank established its head office and branch there, while Cellcard announced its relocation.
A flagship designed for large corporate occupiers
The tower provides large flexible floor plates, multi-level parking, meeting facilities, fitness space and food-and-beverage areas. Access-control systems and corporate infrastructure target banks, regional headquarters and major Cambodian businesses rather than small office users.
The first anchor occupiers come from the Royal Group ecosystem. That is a logical advantage for an integrated conglomerate: related companies can create an initial occupancy base. Long-term commercial performance will depend on whether the building also attracts independent tenants and remains competitive as Phnom Penh adds new Grade A supply.
Royal Group Central is far more useful for assessing the developer than broad claims about international standards. It is complete, occupied and open to judgment as a workplace through engineering, parking, management and the practical quality of the floors.
Where the portfolio boundary lies
Northbridge Communities, North Park Condominium, Royal Platinum and other well-known properties are associated with separate companies or joint ventures within the wider Royal Group system. They demonstrate the group’s long involvement in real estate, but cannot automatically be counted as completed work by Royal Group Properties.
The company describes ambitions extending from Grade A offices into branded residences and five-star hotels. At present, the clearest evidence is commercial. The residential ambition is not yet supported by a comparable series under this exact company name.
Royal Group Properties is relevant to corporate occupiers and investors who value a central location, a strong domestic sponsor and a new operating office asset. For residential buyers, the parent group name currently signals access to resources and partnerships more than a long independent housing record for this specific developer.
