Romduol City is a condominium development combining apartments with commercial and supporting space; SRE Group Limited's 2023 reporting classified Phase I across apartment, commercial and facility uses. Current property platforms show units of roughly 42 to 87 sq m, but asking prices vary materially by unit and sales channel, with project inventory advertised from around US$68,627 and some urgent or resale listings below that level. These are market snapshots rather than a verified developer-wide August 2026 price list, so the exact price, discount, fit-out and payment schedule should be established from the specific offer and contract.
Geography
SRE Group Limited's verified Cambodian development footprint is concentrated in Phnom Penh. Romduol City is in Sen Sok, Tuek Thla, near Russian Federation Boulevard and Royal Phnom Penh Hospital; the group's annual report gives Bourei Muoy Roy Khnang villages as the project location. The reviewed sources do not establish another separate SRE Group Limited development in Cambodia with comparable documentary support.
Reliability and public record
SRE Group Limited has a substantial historical record: decades of development activity, a former public listing and detailed reporting in which Romduol City appeared as a group project and Romduol Overseas Co., Ltd. as a Cambodian project company. That history should not be treated as a current credit signal on its own. Trading in SRE Group Limited shares was suspended on 3 April 2023 following delayed annual results, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange cancelled the listing with effect from 20 February 2025 after the company failed to satisfy the resumption requirements; the group's first-half 2024 reporting also discussed liquidity pressure and debt-risk resolution. For a completed property, obtain the individual unit title, evidence that the building is registered for co-ownership, completion and permitted-use documents for the relevant tower, and checks for mortgages, charges or other encumbrances affecting the unit or master title. A foreign buyer should confirm that the unit is above the ground floor and remains within the available foreign quota: Cambodian law permits qualifying foreigners to own private units above the ground and underground levels in registered co-owned buildings, while the applicable sub-decree caps foreign ownership at 70% of total private-unit floor area. If instalments are offered or funds are directed to an account that does not belong to the contracting seller, the relationship between the payee and seller should be documented before a material payment is made.

No. SRE Group Limited is the Bermuda-incorporated parent group, while Romduol Overseas Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian legal entity identified in group reporting as a property-development company. Is Romduol City completed?
The answer depends on the part of the development. SRE Group Limited's 2023 annual report still showed incomplete construction within Phase I, while its first-half 2024 update described sales of existing units. Current property platforms label available apartments as ready to move in, but the reviewed sources did not provide an official document confirming final completion of every phase of the wider scheme. Cambodian law allows a qualifying foreigner to own a private unit in a properly registered co-owned building, subject to restrictions: ground and underground floors are excluded and foreign ownership is capped at 70% of the building's total private-unit floor area. That general rule does not automatically establish eligibility for every Romduol City unit.
