The Flora Development / Borey The Flora

The Flora moved from a large landed community along National Road 6A into a 38-storey tower in BKK1. That transition says more than a simple project list because it shows the company attempting to transfer experience from a family borey into a dense central building.

The first chapter was Borey The Flora, with Queen Villas, Twin Villas, Link Houses and Shop Houses, supported by commercial and community spaces including The Flora Plaza.

In the landed project, the environment formed part of the product

The architectural plan divided the site into entrance, commercial-community and residential zones. Floral references appeared in façades and landscape design. Families were offered not only a house but a quieter district with services inside the development.

The idea can now be tested. Homes are occupied and appear on the resale market, while communal spaces exist beyond launch material. Buyers can see how they are used and how the neighbourhood changed after the first sales.

Borey The Flora gives the company meaningful experience of a community over time. Managing streets and villas, however, is not the same as operating a high-rise.

The Flora Suites is a difficult transition

The 38-storey project at Streets 71 and 392 in BKK1 includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with upper-level pools, fitness and club facilities. Its architecture combines European influences with Khmer references in an attempt to create a more individual identity.

The original timetable proved more optimistic than actual progress. In mid-2026, market material still described the tower as close to completion rather than fully operating. Final finishes, engineering commissioning and management after handover remain the central tests.

The company has also announced a 200-room Mercure hotel with Accor in BKK1. The partnership shows an intention to create an urban residential-and-hospitality cluster, but it still belongs to the future part of the story.

The Flora Group, 200 HT Property and H.C.L Investment appear across public material. The consumer brand is clearer than the corporate map, so the exact contractual party depends on the project.

The Flora has already shown that it can create a substantial landed community. It now has to prove something different: the ability to finish and operate complex central buildings. The Flora Suites, rather than the earlier borey, will define the next stage of the company’s reputation.
