Projects and buyer context
The Azur Bali product range currently shown on the official site comprises Island Bungalow, Villa Cove and Villa Riviera. Shared pools, lounges and a traditional boat connection appear in the lifestyle presentation. They help explain the intended experience, but buyers should not assume those facilities are contractually promised or ready for use from day one.
The official pages reviewed do not provide a verifiable, unit-by-unit asking-price schedule, binding payment milestones or a documented handover date. Those details belong in the current sales offer and purchase agreement. Marketing also advertises foreign-buyer eligibility and a 20% luxury-tax exemption. Neither claim settles the legal title a particular buyer can obtain or the taxes they will actually owe.
Serangan sits in South Denpasar, with Kura Kura Bali planned as a distinct coastal district rather than an extension of Canggu's villa market. The master plan mixes education, retail, waterfront leisure and residential uses. Azur is placed in the Marina District, where the long-term setting matters as much as the individual plot.
The developer publishes short indicative journeys to central Denpasar and the airport. Actual travel, particularly at busy times, is a separate question. A sensible site visit should establish the access route to the villa plot, the condition of surrounding works and which shared services already exist, rather than judging the address only from the finished master-plan illustration.
