Two Tone Projects на Бали
Who appears in the public record
Two Tone Projects describes itself as a family-run property development business drawing on Indonesian and Australian networks. Its Bali material is unusually focused: Sedona Luxury Residences is the residential sales project, while Slim Summer House is a hospitality collaboration in the same Bingin neighbourhood. For a buyer, this is a case for examining individual properties rather than treating a brand's design credentials as a substitute for a delivery record.
Sedona is the clearest opportunity to examine. The developer markets one- and two-bedroom residences, yet the public-facing project descriptions do not identify the entity that would sign a purchase agreement or the party holding the relevant land rights. Those questions remain separate from who designed, developed or constructed the residences.
What the sources support
Two Tone has an identifiable website, a specific Sedona development and a publicly documented collaboration with an operating accommodation business. Booking.com identifies the host or manager of Slim Summer House under the name PT Two Tone Projects. That is a useful additional lead, but a booking-platform profile is not a corporate registry extract, and it does not establish that this entity owns or can sell any Sedona unit.
We could not verify the Sedona land title, the proposed contracting seller, project-specific building approvals, completed handovers or investment performance from the sources reviewed. Missing public documentation does not imply that the documents do not exist. It does mean a buyer should resist the leap from a credible design presentation to a conclusion that the transaction itself has been legally cleared.

Sedona Luxury Residences
Projects and buyer context
Sedona is a three-residence proposition with private pools, not a large condominium development. At the time of review, the developer's website labels Residence 2 as sold, Residence 1 as under offer and Residence 3 as available. There is no visible date attached to those labels. They are useful leads for an enquiry, but not dependable evidence of stock available in October 2026 or of completed legal transfers.
The material reviewed does not establish a current sale price, payment schedule, contractual handover date or evidenced net rental return. A substantial part of the 2023 brochure is devoted to House of Slim furnishings, including indicative furniture-package valuations. Those figures are not asking prices for the homes, and a previous specification should not be assumed to survive unchanged in a new contract.
Both projects are associated with Bingin on the Bukit Peninsula. Sedona's marketing brochure places the development on Jalan Pantai Bingin and describes a five-minute walk to the beach access. That gives a useful sense of the proposed setting, but it is a developer claim rather than a survey, a right-of-way document or an independently checked walking route. Property boundaries and legal access deserve more weight than promotional distance estimates.
A hospitality-led location may also encourage buyers to assume that short stays will be straightforward. The fact that Slim Summer House accepts guests does not establish that a Sedona residence has the same permitted use, licences or contractual management arrangements. The legal and operational position needs to be confirmed for the actual unit.
Observable track record
The October 2023 Sedona brochure sets out three homes: Residences 1 and 2 each have one bedroom, and Residence 3 has two. It credits Two Tone Projects as developer, Bali Coastal Constructions as builder, and House of Slim and Studio Paradise as design collaborators. These are project-team descriptions in the developer's own marketing material, not third-party certification of construction progress or contractual obligations.
There is clearer evidence of live hospitality activity at Slim Summer House. Its booking website takes reservations for 2026 and describes a four-bedroom main residence alongside three suites, comprising two one-bedroom suites and a two-bedroom suite. That configuration resembles the Sedona plans. It would be premature, however, to conclude that the three suites and the three homes sold under the Sedona name are legally or physically identical. Unit plans, parcel references and the property's actual layout would have to establish the connection.
The Two Tone homepage also carries an old teaser for a further Bingin development with a 2024 launch date. No completed scheme, verified handover or even a final project name can be established from that announcement. It should not be added to the company's delivered-project count.
