CC Peninsula Co., Ltd was not created as a broad developer brand with a long future pipeline. It was formed as a joint company for one specific building, bringing together Malaysia’s National 6A Investment, Cambodia’s Sun & Moon Group and China-backed Saturn Investment. Their shared project is The Peninsula Private Residences in Chroy Changvar.

That structure suggests the right way to assess the business. There is no extensive corporate history, but there is a completed 25-storey tower operating as both a residential development and a serviced residence. For a one-project company, the daily life of the building is effectively its résumé.

A residential tower with a hospitality rhythm

The Peninsula sits near the Cambodia–Japan Friendship Bridge, providing relatively quick access to central Phnom Penh while retaining the more open setting of Chroy Changvar. The property contains about 160 furnished residences, ranging from compact units to family-sized layouts.

Its shared facilities were designed for more than private owners. A rooftop pool, gym, sauna, work and social areas, children’s space and multi-level parking support an active serviced-residence operation. Apartments with kitchens and hotel-style services can accommodate both long-stay residents and shorter-term guests. That creates a different atmosphere from a purely residential condominium.

For some owners, the hospitality element is a strength. It may support a staffed reception, consistent housekeeping standards and more professional day-to-day operations. For others, it reduces privacy because guest turnover and visitor movement are more visible. The limitation is straightforward. CC Peninsula has no broad portfolio through which buyers can test whether the result has been repeated consistently. The Peninsula is not merely the flagship; it is effectively the company’s complete documented history.

For purchasers of a finished furnished residence, that narrow record is not necessarily a weakness. One functioning property may reveal more than ten announced developments.
