Hazards and insurance in Bali
An official map can show what to ask next about an address. It does not turn a location into an insurance rate or an asset into an approved or declined risk.
What can the available data actually help a buyer verify?
They let you see source, period, territory and metric class. That is enough to make an address-specific question list. It is not enough to calculate damage probability, policy price or the outcome of a future claim.
The short answer
For Bali, official mapped layers and risk indices are available, alongside regulatory context for insurance products. This public source set does not contain a comparable register for every address covering building, construction, policy, premium, exclusions and payouts. The honest output is therefore not an asset ranking but a data boundary and a verification route.
What this changes in a decision
A map can make a conversation more precise: what material about drainage, access, surroundings, condition and address is needed? It does not decide whether to buy an asset or report what a policy will include.
Where insurance matters to your scenario, request wording and asset schedule before commitment. If the model depends on downtime or damage being covered, mark that as an unconfirmed assumption until records say otherwise.
