Payment plan planner in Bali
A payment plan is not a line reading 20/40/40. It is a map of obligations: how much, when, in which currency, after which event, to whom and on the basis of which document. If any cell is empty, the schedule cannot yet be treated as a transfer instruction.
- Purpose
- Add documented stages while retaining required fields for each one.
What makes a payment date real?
Not a calendar in a presentation, but a combination of an applicable term, event or date, amount, currency, recipient and clear proof of performance. Keep these together, otherwise it is easy to remember a schedule and lose the reason why a particular payment became due.
Short answer
The planner totals only documented stages. For each stage, retain its date or trigger, document, currency, recipient and status separately. It does not create a default schedule or tell you when to send money.
A stage is not only a percentage
A percentage can quickly convey scale, but it does not show its calculation base, when the obligation arises or what needs to happen before it. Record the amount in the contract currency beside the trigger description. If the trigger is unclear, mark the stage as a question, not a fixed date.
Instructions have versions too
Do not use account details from old correspondence merely because they look familiar. Each payment needs an instruction source and a check that it relates to the same counterparty and stage. A schedule is valuable because it ties a transfer to a document, not memory.
Currency belongs to the stage, not only the deal
If you compare a budget in one currency but pay in another, do not silently carry one indicative rate across the whole schedule. Bank Indonesia distinguishes types of FX series; this is a useful reminder to state the basis and date of every number used. The payment terms of a specific bank or provider are checked separately.

A schedule does not replace property documents
Official frameworks cover questions of land rights, apartment units and registration. That does not turn any payment table into confirmation of a right transfer, property readiness or transaction completion. The plan must stay connected to documents and checks rather than living apart from them.
- Government Regulation No. 18 of 2021 on Management Rights, Land Rights, Apartment Units and Land Registration
Educational example
To test the structure, imagine three illustratively documented stages of 10, 30 and 60 units. The planner shows 100 units only as the sum of those three entered lines. It does not say these are a deposit, instalments or the schedule of any property; dates, triggers, recipients and documents in a real plan are completed separately.
Costs and assumptions
- Purpose
- Collect documented stages without inserting dates, percentages or account details.
- Currency
- user selected
| Input | Value | Unit | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stage 1 | — | selected currency | Documented stage |
| Stage 2 | — | selected currency | Documented stage |
| Stage 3 | — | selected currency | Documented stage |
- Formula
- stage_one + stage_two + stage_three
- Assumptions
- All documented stages use one currency.
- Exclusions
- Unconfirmed stages, account details, FX rates, banking costs, penalties and settlement result.
- Educational example
- 10 + 30 + 60 = 100 illustrative units; not a property schedule.
- Currency
- user selected
- Result unit
- selected currency
- Formula
- stage_one + stage_two + stage_three
- Limitations
- Every stage needs its own date or trigger, document, currency, recipient and evidence of performance. The tool does not create contract terms, confirm account details or recommend a transfer.
