Meeting point in Phnom Penh

In central Phnom Penh we have a place to meet clients and investors — including when the project owners visit Cambodia. Meetings are by prior arrangement only, so please write to us ahead of time. We don’t keep a permanently staffed office with daily walk-in hours.

What not to send in your first message

To protect your data, in your first message send only what's needed for the selection: budget range, goal, preferred timing, your stage (planning to buy or already an owner) and the project/unit if you already know it. Do not send your passport, bank details, a full contract, tenant data or signed documents through the first general contact — when they are genuinely needed, we'll offer a separate secure way to share them.

Safety, emergency and urgent building matters are handled through the building management or emergency services — this contact is not an emergency channel.

Response time

We usually reply within one business day. If availability needs checking with the developer, the answer may take longer — we'll let you know.
