These are third-party asking prices rather than a verified developer price list, so the exact unit price, availability, land area, fit-out and payment schedule should be reconfirmed before relying on them.
Geography
Chea Ry's publicly visible activity is concentrated in Phnom Penh, particularly around Chom Chao and Por Sen Chey. The company lists its office on National Road 3 in Chom Chao II, while The Green Ville Premium is also marketed in Por Sen Chey. Buyers should still evaluate location phase by phase: road access, the immediate surroundings, completion of internal infrastructure and resale demand can differ materially even within one developer's portfolio.

Chea Ry has a more substantial public footprint than a small single-project brand: its website separates completed from current developments, and The Green Ville launch is independently documented by Knight Frank. Foreign buyers should pay particular attention to the separation between rights over the land and rights over the house: Cambodian law does not allow a foreigner to own land directly, so a marketing reference to ownership is not enough on its own. If a long-term lease or another permitted structure is proposed, check its term, registration, renewal, transfer and inheritance provisions, as well as what rights apply to the building itself. The unit price, payment schedule, handover date, delay remedies, common charges and included specifications should also be confirmed in writing.
