Bali property glossary

In Bali property offers, an Indonesian legal word, an English sales label and an internal project stage can appear in the same paragraph. They are not equivalent. This glossary helps identify the group a term belongs to and the next question it should trigger.

Hak Milik

The name of a basic land-right category in Indonesia’s agrarian system. In an offer, the word alone does not answer who holds the right or whether it applies to your transaction.
