Oxley-Worldbridge (Cambodia) Co., Ltd
Oxley-Worldbridge (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. was formed around the partnership between Singapore-listed Oxley Holdings Limited and Cambodia’s Worldbridge Land (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. Buyers should treat the brand and the contracting entity as separate questions: Oxley’s 2025 reporting names several Cambodian project companies used for property development, so the legal seller on a particular transaction needs to be checked rather than inferred from the marketing name.
A company name is not a recommendation. Check the project company, contract and selected unit before reservation.
Overview
Oxley-Worldbridge (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. was formed around the partnership between Singapore-listed Oxley Holdings Limited and Cambodia’s Worldbridge Land (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. Buyers should treat the brand and the contracting entity as separate questions: Oxley’s 2025 reporting names several Cambodian project companies used for property development, so the legal seller on a particular transaction needs to be checked rather than inferred from the marketing name.
Track record
The Cambodia record is supported by delivered assets in Phnom Penh rather than launch announcements alone. The Bridge completed in 2018; The Peak’s residential and office components were completed by 2021, with Shangri-La Phnom Penh opening in December 2024; The Palms was fully completed in December 2022. Oxley’s 2025 annual report states that, as of 15 September 2025, 97% of The Bridge units, 99% of The Peak residences and 92% of The Palms homes had been sold.
Segments and prices
The Cambodian portfolio is not a single price tier: it ranges from large mixed-use high-rises to resort-style landed homes. The corporate sources reviewed do not publish a current developer-wide price list, and with most units already sold, available stock may be either remaining developer inventory or resale. A useful comparison therefore starts with the specific unit price and then adds title status, floor, fit-out, parking, management charges and the identity of the actual seller.
Geography
Oxley-Worldbridge’s verified Cambodian development history is concentrated in Phnom Penh. The Bridge and The Peak sit in Tonle Bassac, while The Palms is in the capital’s south-eastern corridor along National Road 1. That gives buyers a visible track record in one urban market, but the public record reviewed does not show a comparable delivery history for the brand across other Cambodian cities.
Reliability and public record
This group offers more corporate visibility than many small private Cambodian developers because Oxley Holdings Limited is SGX-listed and publishes project, sales and subsidiary information. Its 2025 annual report shows a 79% effective interest in Oxley-Worldbridge, Oxley Emerald, Oxley Gem and Oxley Sapphire, while Oxley Diamond is reported separately as a 50% joint venture, which is why the brand name should not substitute for checking the legal counterparty. The Peak also had a dispute with its former main contractor; Oxley’s 2022 annual report says a full and final settlement was reached in April 2022 and the proceedings were concluded. More recently, on 29 July 2026, the listed parent issued a profit warning for FY2026, mainly citing fair-value adjustments and impairment losses; that is group-level financial context, not evidence of a defect in any particular Cambodian unit.
What to verify
Before paying, confirm the exact Cambodian company named as seller and developer in the contract and make sure the receiving bank account matches the transaction documents. For a unit in The Bridge or The Peak, verify the individual title, floor level, encumbrances and foreign-ownership availability at the time of transfer: Cambodian law permits foreign ownership of qualifying private units in registered co-owned buildings only above the ground level and within the statutory foreign quota. The Palms requires a different check because a project described as freehold does not give a foreign buyer direct ownership of Cambodian land; the house-and-land holding structure must be reviewed from the actual title and contract. For a resale, also confirm the registered owner, management-fee position and the sequence for payment and title transfer.

Frequently asked questions
Is Oxley-Worldbridge the same company as Oxley Holdings Limited?
No. Oxley Holdings Limited is the Singapore-listed parent group, while Oxley-Worldbridge (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian development entity within the partnership structure. Public filings also identify separate Cambodian project companies, so the contract itself should be used to establish who is legally selling the property.
Does the developer have a verified completion record in Cambodia?
Yes. Oxley’s public disclosures confirm The Bridge was completed in 2018 and The Palms in December 2022; the main residential and office components of The Peak were completed by 2021, and the Shangri-La Phnom Penh hotel within the development opened in December 2024.
Can a foreign buyer hold a condo unit and a house at The Palms in the same way?
No. A qualifying unit in a registered co-owned building can be directly owned by a foreigner subject to the floor and foreign-quota rules. Foreigners cannot directly own Cambodian land, so a house at The Palms requires a separate review of the land title and the lawful ownership or use structure.
