Wangfu International
Also known as: Wang Fu Guo Ji Property Development Co., Ltd, Wangfu International Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, Wangfu
Developer associated with Le Condé BKK1 and Le Condé 2; legal-name variants and project companies require documentary confirmation.
Wangfu International became known in Cambodia through one property large enough to represent the portfolio of a smaller developer. Le Condé BKK1 is a 43-storey mixed-use complex with roughly 1,080 apartments, retail, substantial common facilities and a serviced component.
Public material uses both Wangfu International Real Estate Development Co., Ltd and Wang Fu Guo Ji Property Development Co., Ltd. The Le Condé name is more visible than the corporate structure, so the company is judged mainly through the completed tower.
Unit volume is both part of the product and part of the risk
Le Condé was conceived as a vertical community in central BKK1. The architecture uses terraced forms and references to Cambodian modernism, while owners experience the project primarily through its scale.
More than a thousand apartments create an active internal population and spread the cost of extensive facilities. They also generate a large supply of rental and resale stock. Two homes with similar floor areas may compete through price, furnishing, view and landlord terms.
The development received several Cambodia Real Estate Awards in 2023. Handover and occupation advanced in 2025. Lifts, management, density, common areas and the real performance of serviced accommodation can now be judged directly.
For investors, the main strengths are BKK1 and a completed building. The main compromise is the absence of scarcity within the project. Returns depend not only on the district but on whether the exact apartment can stand out among many alternatives.
Le Condé 2 changes the formula
The second project remains in BKK1 but is planned as a taller tower with about 400 residences. The lower unit count points towards larger homes and a more private market position.
The shift is logical. The first Le Condé showed that Wangfu can deliver a large-volume development. The second must demonstrate an ability to execute a more expensive product where buyers examine detail, service and exclusivity more closely.
The company’s completed reputation still sits entirely in the first tower. That is a substantial result, but not yet a repeatable record. Le Condé 2 matters because it must separate durable development capability from the success of one very large launch.
