Is PT Feeels Invest Bali the company I would buy from?
The company appears as the applicant for the Feeels Development trademark. That link does not establish the seller or land-right holder for a particular villa. Ask for the draft agreement and verify the entity named in it against the company and land records before sending funds.
How many villas are actually planned at Dreamland?
The developer's website says 25, while major property directories list 26. The current approved site plan and unit schedule should settle the count. Neither figure should be treated as independently verified on the public material currently available.
Has The ONSIDER been completed?
Its own page still shows a third-quarter 2025 delivery target. That date alone does not establish physical completion or legal usability. Ask for a current inspection, handover evidence and the relevant building certificates for the exact villa.
Does Feeels Bingin prove the developer has delivered previous projects?
No. It is presented as sold out, with a fourth-quarter 2024 delivery target. Those statements indicate the developer's marketing and sales status, not independently verified completion and transfer to owners.
Can a PT PMA give a foreign buyer freehold title?
Not in the sense of personal Hak Milik ownership. An eligible Indonesian-incorporated company with foreign investment may hold Hak Guna Bangunan, while some foreign individuals may qualify for Hak Pakai or can enter a contractual lease. The correct arrangement depends on the property's title, the buyer's status and current legal requirements.
