WorldBridge
Also known as: WorldBridge Group, WorldBridge Group of Companies, Worldbridge Land (Cambodia) Co., Ltd
WorldBridge is the umbrella brand of a diversified Cambodian group. The Bridge and The Peak are structured through Worldbridge Land and separate Oxley entities; no single group legal entity is publicly established as seller or direct developer.
WorldBridge is more than a developer. The group grew from a logistics business established in 1992, with WorldBridge International incorporated in 1994. Finance, industrial services, hospitality and property followed. The name therefore describes a Cambodian corporate platform rather than one company repeatedly building the same product.
The most visible property period came through Worldbridge Land’s partnership with Oxley Holdings, which produced The Bridge and The Peak in Tonle Bassac.
The logistics background explains the partnership model
For decades, WorldBridge helped international companies operate in Cambodia. Its property strategy followed a similar pattern: local knowledge, land positions and administrative execution were combined with the capital and development experience of an overseas partner.
The Bridge, completed in 2018, brought apartments, SOHO space and retail into two 45-storey towers. The Peak expanded the concept through 1,014 residences, offices, retail and Shangri-La Phnom Penh, which opened in December 2024.
The developments demonstrate the group’s ability to participate in city-scale international projects. They also show why the WorldBridge brand should not be mistaken for one universal seller. Oxley Diamond, Oxley Gem and joint-venture entities sat behind the individual schemes.
The group is broader than two towers, but the towers provide clarity
The wider WorldBridge ecosystem includes landed housing, logistics, industrial assets and other businesses. Corporate attribution is not always clear enough to combine every related property into one development portfolio.
The Bridge and The Peak therefore remain the most useful references. Both are complete, occupied and active in the market. Buyers can observe how the international partner and local group handled mixed use, management and high unit counts.
WorldBridge is particularly interesting as a Cambodian business capable of assembling partnerships and moving large projects through the local environment. That is not the same as operating one uniform in-house construction system.
With completed property, the distinction is practical. Group reputation explains how the project came together and whether the sponsor could attract major participants. The ownership experience depends on the exact tower, project company and management team. WorldBridge delivered several visible assets, but its core competence lies not only in building; it lies in connecting land, local execution and international capital.

Confirmed
- Confirmed: Cambodian origin and operating history from 1992; a real-estate business line; the Oxley and Worldbridge Land joint structure; separate Oxley Diamond and Oxley Gem project entities; the connection of The Bridge and The Peak to that structure; Phnom Penh location and principal project formats.
- The World Economic Forum states that the business that became WorldBridge Group began as Circle Freight in 1992 and was registered as WorldBridge International (Cambodia) in 1994.
Not confirmed
- Not confirmed: one current legal name and registration record for the WorldBridge Group umbrella, the complete portfolio, the group’s legal role in each sale, verified on-time delivery statistics, quality and warranty history, current inventory, escrow terms, or a direct relationship with NovAsia.
- WorldBridge is a group brand rather than one confirmed legal entity for every business line and project.
- Completed property developments should be linked to WorldBridge Land and the relevant joint project companies, not to the group brand alone.
Source conflicts
- Sources use different attribution levels: WorldBridge Group, Worldbridge Land, Oxley Worldbridge, and the separate Oxley Diamond/Oxley Gem entities. The 1992 date refers to operating history, while 1994 refers to registration of WorldBridge International (Cambodia). Published totals for The Bridge units vary, so no consolidated unit total is carried into this group profile. The SPA, title and seller details take priority for a transaction.
