Show unit and delivered specification in Bali
A show unit should help you see the level and layout, not replace the list of what you will receive. The key question after a visit is: where exactly is this detail recorded for my asset?
What should be compared?
Separate the interior you were shown, the specification supplied and the contractual commitment for a specific unit number. If a detail is not in the written chain, do not call it included.
The short answer
After a show-unit visit, make a table: “saw / written / needs confirmation”. It normally includes furniture, appliances, finishes, height, windows, balcony, storage, visible systems and open works. Request the most important points in writing before reservation.
Ask about version, not style
One image can mean concept, marketing, show unit or a specific specification. Ask for date, version number and connection to your unit. A beautiful material without that connection is a question source, not a promise.
Do not average specification
You cannot take a show-unit kitchen, render windows and brochure furniture to create an “average” promised specification. Make an exact list: included, excluded, option, unconfirmed.
Handover closes the loop
Even written specification does not replace inspection of the actual asset at handover. A general building framework exists, but it does not confirm particular finishes, records or condition instead of the asset and documents.
