Projects and buyer context
The Damara name covers more than one product type. Jimbaran's earlier Village scheme is presented as a residential neighbourhood with shared amenities; the Ubud collection combines private homes with resort-style hospitality; and the later Damara Estate Jimbaran Hijau is marketed as a separate pool-home development. The practical question is whether the buyer wants a home to occupy, a property that may participate in managed stays, or some combination of the two. Those uses can carry very different ongoing obligations.
There is no sound basis here for a current group-wide price range. An older launch quotation cannot establish today's available inventory or final acquisition cost. A useful price comparison needs the specific home's floor area, land or tenure details, furnishing package, payment milestones and recurring service charges.
Greenwoods' Bali work is split between South Bali and inland Ubud. The Jimbaran projects sit in Badung Regency, while Damara Village Ubud Alaya Collection is at Kedewatan in Gianyar Regency. These are distinct settings for everyday living and short-stay operations, not substitute addresses within one resort.
The precise plot matters more than the broad neighbourhood name. A marketing office, the wider Jimbaran Hijau precinct and an individual Damara development are not necessarily the same legal or physical site.
