Why this project is worth a look
Near rail, not yet
Nom Klao station is planned roughly 130 metres from the project, a genuinely useful distance once the Orange Line opens. The eastern section is still scheduled for 2028, so the apartment’s transport value today should be judged on roads and existing public transport rather than on a rail service that is not yet operating.
A focused unit range
The published mix is simple: 24, 26 and 29 sqm one-bedroom units plus a 34.5 sqm one-bedroom-plus. That makes resale comparisons more transparent because the meaningful differences are likely to be building, floor, outlook, condition and actual asking price rather than dozens of competing layouts.
A pet-designated building
One building is designated for pet owners, with a pet room and pet park included in the common facilities. That can be a real advantage for a buyer with a dog or cat, provided the condominium’s current rules on animal size, numbers, access routes and fees work for that household.
Low-rise at scale
Five eight-storey buildings create a low-rise environment without making the project small: there are 1,288 homes. The finished estate can now be inspected in real conditions, which is useful, but a buyer should also check lifts, parking and popular common areas at busy times rather than assuming the amenity package will always feel uncrowded.
About the project
The Origin Triam Nom Station is a large completed condominium on Ramkhamhaeng Road in Rat Phatthana, Saphan Sung, eastern Bangkok. The development has five eight-storey buildings with 1,288 residential units and six commercial units. Buildings A–E are parts of one project rather than separately marketed phases with their own delivery dates. One building is designated for residents with pets, so the building letter matters when selecting a unit. In practical terms this is a sizeable residential community built in a low-rise format: residents get multiple lobbies and a long list of shared facilities, but the common areas also serve well over a thousand homes. A buyer should therefore judge the project not only by the amenity list but by how the finished estate actually operates at busy times.
Construction is reported as completed in 2025. The current Home.co.th project page, updated on 1 September 2026, labels the development as sold out, while the latest PropertyHub and RoomNayoo project pages show no active units for sale. That changes the way the project should be approached. It is now more useful to treat The Origin Triam Nom Station as a completed secondary-market condominium than as a live developer launch. Historical starting prices still appear across project databases, but they belong to earlier sales periods and should not be read as a current purchasable price. Any live unit needs its own comparison against similar resales in the same building, size range, floor position and condition.

The strongest location story is the future Nom Klao station on Bangkok’s Orange Line, approximately 130 metres from the project according to the developer material. The word future matters. As of September 2026 the Orange Line’s eastern section is not yet carrying passengers. MRTA’s current implementation plan expects the eastern section to start operation in January 2028, and system installation is still progressing. Until the line opens, daily mobility remains tied mainly to Ramkhamhaeng Road, buses and private vehicles. The station can still be a meaningful medium-term advantage, but a buyer should not value the apartment as though the rail connection were already available today.
The unit mix is unusually focused. The official brochure shows one-bedroom apartments of 24, 26 and 29 square metres, plus a 34.5-square-metre one-bedroom-plus layout. No full two- or three-bedroom family units appear in the published range. That makes the project easier to understand: it is primarily designed around one-person households, couples and buyers who want a separate bedroom without paying for a much larger footprint. The 24-square-metre plan is still a true one-bedroom rather than a studio, and an independent project review notes that it has an enclosed kitchen. The 29-square-metre version gives more circulation space, while the 34.5-square-metre plan adds the most flexibility for a work room, small additional room or more comfortable long-term living.
Pet ownership is more than a generic marketing tag here. Origin stated that one of the five buildings was planned specifically for pet owners, and independent project databases identify Building E as the pet-friendly building. The development also includes a pet room and pet park. For someone buying with a dog or cat, that is a tangible distinction from a condominium that simply tolerates pets informally. The finished condominium’s current rules still need to be checked before purchase, however. Restrictions on size, number of animals, circulation through common areas, cleaning obligations or additional charges are set by the condominium juristic person and may not be identical to the launch-period marketing message.
The shared-facility package is broad for an eight-storey project. The official brochure lists a fitness room, jogging track, outdoor sport area, water park, playground, garden, theatre room, online studio, meeting room, indoor and outdoor co-working areas, pet facilities, five lobbies, shuttle service and e-scooters. For residents who work from home several days a week, the work and meeting spaces could be more useful than another decorative lounge. The trade-off is density: 1,288 homes use the same estate. Because the project is already completed, a buyer can inspect how crowded the pool, fitness room, work areas and lifts feel at the times that matter rather than relying on launch renders.
Parking is one point where the available sources do not fully agree. Origin’s official brochure states 369 parking spaces, while ZmyHome publishes 516. We do not convert percentages or infer a compromise figure. The correct current number and the practical parking rules should be checked against the condominium juristic person’s documents and on-site operation. This difference matters because residents may still depend heavily on cars before the Orange Line opens. A buyer who expects to drive daily should visit on a weekday evening and ask whether spaces are assigned, first-come-first-served, sticker controlled or subject to separate rules for different buildings.
For a foreign buyer, the ownership question is unit-specific even in a completed condominium. Thai law allows foreign freehold ownership only within the statutory foreign quota, capped at 49% of the total area of all units in the registered condominium. You cannot tell whether quota is available from the project size or by looking at the building. Before paying a deposit, the buyer needs current confirmation from the condominium juristic person and should verify the unit title, seller identity, outstanding common fees and the payment route. Completion removes the risk of waiting for construction, but it does not remove transaction risk. With primary sales apparently closed, due diligence on the exact resale unit becomes more important than the original developer sales material.

Ownership format
A foreign buyer can hold condominium freehold only within Thailand’s foreign quota, capped at 49% of the total unit area in a registered condominium. Quota availability has to be confirmed for the specific unit before a deposit is paid. If the quota is full, leasehold structures may appear in the market, but the ownership route for any particular unit at The Origin Triam Nom Station must be verified from the seller’s documents.
Unit types & sizes
The smallest published layout. The bedroom is separated from the living area, and an independent review also notes an enclosed kitchen. Best suited to one person or a couple prioritising a separate bedroom over generous living space.
A middle size within the one-bedroom range. The official brochure confirms the format and area, but live resale choices will differ by floor, outlook and fit-out, which are likely to matter more to value than the two extra square metres alone.
The larger standard one-bedroom. An independent review notes that the extra area improves circulation and space around the bed, a practical difference that can matter more in daily use than the headline size increase suggests.
The largest published format, with an additional enclosed room and a wider living arrangement. It can work as a study or flexible extra room, but it should not be assumed to function like a full two-bedroom family apartment without checking the exact unit plan.
The official brochure confirms four principal sizes: 24, 26 and 29 sqm one-bedroom units and a 34.5 sqm one-bedroom-plus. No current developer inventory list was found and the project is marked sold out, so availability, building, floor, condition and price are specific to each resale unit. Building E is identified as the pet-friendly building.

Best for: A single resident or couple wanting a completed one-bedroom home in eastern Bangkok without paying for a large family layout.; A pet owner, provided the selected unit is in the permitted building and the condominium’s current animal rules fit the household.; A buyer with a multi-year horizon who values the future Nom Klao station but is comfortable relying on roads and existing public transport until the Orange Line opens.; A resale buyer willing to verify the exact title, foreign quota, outstanding common fees and unit condition rather than relying on historic developer sales material.; may not suit: A buyer who needs an operating rail station within walking distance today: the nearby Orange Line station is not yet open.; A household needing two or three full bedrooms: the published range is limited to one-bedroom formats and the 34.5 sqm one-bedroom-plus.; Someone specifically seeking a small, low-neighbour-count development: 1,288 units make this a large community despite the eight-storey buildings.; A buyer who requires a current developer price list and instalment plan: no verified live primary inventory was found..
What we confirm before booking
A short, specific to the project list. We request these from the developer and go through them with you before any payment.
- the current price and payment schedule for the unit you are looking at
- the legal entity in the SPA and the payee’s bank details
- the title format and what is registered against the unit
- the contractual handover date in the SPA — the page shows the date from the project’s materials
Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- A current purchase price is not verified. Home.co.th still shows a THB 1.79M starting price as of 1 Sep 2026 but also labels the project sold out, while PropertyHub and RoomNayoo show no active units. THB 1.79M should not be treated as the price of an available unit.
- Foreign-quota availability for specific units is not published. Freehold eligibility for a foreign buyer, or any leasehold alternative, has to be confirmed against the selected unit and the condominium juristic person’s documents.
- Parking figures conflict: Origin’s official brochure states 369 spaces, while ZmyHome states 516. The official 369-space figure is used as the primary reference, but the current practical parking arrangement should be confirmed with the condominium juristic person.
