Why this project is worth a look
Completed and testable
The project was completed in 2021 and now has an established resale and rental market. Buyers can inspect the actual buildings, noise, common areas and circulation rather than buying from launch-period renders, which is a meaningful advantage for anyone who values certainty over off-plan upside.
Useful Pink Line access
Ram Inthra Kor Mor 9 station on the Pink Line is close to the development and operational. That can remove the car from some east-Bangkok journeys, particularly around the Ramintra–Min Buri corridor, although trips to the traditional CBD still need realistic door-to-door testing.
Clear compact layouts
The range is straightforward: one-bedroom homes, larger 1 Bedroom Plus plans and two-bedroom units topping out at roughly 44 sqm. The product is strongest for singles, couples and small households that value location and facilities more than generous internal area.
Broad amenity mix
Pool, gym, work areas, library, game and theatre rooms, shared kitchen and dining zones, rooftop garden and running track give residents more than a basic low-rise facility set. Because there are 879 homes, buyers should judge those spaces by actual crowding and maintenance as well as by the original specification.
Real market choice
Dozens of active resale listings create room to compare buildings, floors, furnishing and condition rather than accepting one headline price. The benefit is choice, not guaranteed value: unusually cheap units deserve extra checks on title, foreign quota, seller identity and physical condition.
About the project
The Origin Ramintra 83 Station is a completed low-rise condominium community by Origin Property on Ram Inthra Road in Khan Na Yao, eastern Bangkok. It is not a single tower. The development is made up of eight eight-storey residential buildings with 879 homes plus three retail units, so the lived experience is closer to a large campus than to a compact city-centre high-rise. That matters when comparing units. Building position, walking route to the entrance and shared facilities, exposure to the main road, and access to parking can matter as much as floor level. Because the project is already completed and occupied, buyers can assess the real environment rather than relying on construction promises. The resale and rental markets are active, while Origin still keeps the project in its current sales ecosystem, which creates a useful mix of developer-linked and owner-held inventory to compare.
Location is the project’s strongest practical argument, but only for the right Bangkok routine. The condominium fronts Ram Inthra Road and sits near the Pink Line’s Ram Inthra Kor Mor 9 station, station code PK24. Older project material used the provisional name Sinphaet, which is why both names still appear online. Synphaet Hospital is nearby, and the Fashion Island–The Promenade retail cluster is a short local trip away. This is a sensible base for people whose work, family or daily errands are already concentrated around Ramintra, Khan Na Yao, Min Buri and the eastern suburbs. It should not be sold as if it were a central-Bangkok address. The Pink Line improves east-west connectivity and reduces dependence on the car for some journeys, but commuters heading every day to Sukhumvit, Sathorn or the traditional CBD should test the actual door-to-door route during their own peak hours.

The homes are compact and clearly urban. Origin’s current project page groups one-bedroom units at roughly 22.5–26 sqm, 1 Bedroom Plus layouts at about 30–34.5 sqm, and two-bedroom units around 43.5–44 sqm. The original brochure shows the same core mix and also references a one-bedroom variant around 26–27 sqm. Current iBooking room pages show ready two-bedroom homes of 43.91 sqm with two bathrooms. In practice, the smaller layouts suit one person or a couple far better than a household that needs generous storage or work-from-home separation. With a 22–27 sqm home, a few square metres make a visible difference: the position of the wardrobe, kitchen, sofa and balcony door can decide whether the plan feels efficient or cramped. Buyers should therefore compare the exact registered area and room plan, not only the marketing category.
The amenity package is unusually broad for an eight-storey project: swimming pool, fitness space, co-working and social areas, library, game and theatre rooms, shared kitchen and dining spaces, rooftop garden and running track. The scale also creates trade-offs. Origin states 369 parking spaces, about 42% of residential unit count including tandem parking. That may be perfectly workable for a resident who uses the Pink Line, but a two-car household should not assume parking is guaranteed without checking the juristic-person rules and current usage. The market is already liquid enough to show meaningful price dispersion. In late August 2026, major portals carried dozens of resale listings, with the lowest asking prices far below Origin’s current headline for a ready two-bedroom. Those numbers are not directly comparable: size, building, condition, furniture, seller type, title and foreign-quota availability can all change the value of a particular unit.

Ownership format
The project is marketed and listed as a freehold condominium. A foreign buyer can register freehold title only within the statutory 49% foreign quota by aggregate condominium area; quota availability must be confirmed for the specific unit before transfer. If quota is unavailable, any leasehold alternative must be supported by the seller’s actual contract rather than assumed.
Unit types & sizes
The most compact format in the project. Best suited to one person or a couple prioritising a completed home, transport and facilities over spare internal space. In the smallest versions, storage and furniture placement deserve a close look.
A more flexible one-bedroom layout for buyers who need extra space for work, storage or a separate daily-use zone. It is materially easier to live in than the smallest 22–26 sqm plans, while remaining a compact city apartment.
The largest confirmed residential format. Two separate bedrooms make it more practical for a couple with a child, two adults who need separate rooms, or a home-office setup. It is still compact, so it should not be confused with a large family apartment.
One-bedroom homes can appear at roughly 27 sqm: the original brochure showed a 26–27 sqm variant, while the current project page groups the main one-bedroom category at 22.5–26 sqm. For a purchase, the registered area of the exact unit matters more than the project-level range. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 1.75M in active DDproperty listings checked on 27 Aug 2026. This is a lower resale-market anchor, not the developer’s price; the selected unit, title, availability and final terms need a separate check.
- Completed: 2021
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: People who already work, study or spend much of their week around Ramintra, Khan Na Yao, Min Buri and neighbouring eastern districts. For that routine, the Pink Line and Ram Inthra Road provide infrastructure that exists today rather than a future transport promise.; Singles or couples who want a completed one-bedroom home and expect to use shared work, fitness and social facilities. The project makes more sense when those common spaces genuinely substitute for some private floor area.; Small households comfortable with a roughly 44 sqm two-bedroom home and attracted by nearby healthcare, large shopping centres and rail access. The layout should be viewed in person because two bedrooms do not make the overall apartment spacious.; Resale buyers who value choice between buildings and sellers. The project has enough active stock to compare condition, furnishing, floor and asking price instead of being forced into the only available unit.; may not suit: Buyers who need a walkable central address around Sukhumvit, Sathorn or Silom. This is eastern Bangkok, and even with the Pink Line a daily central commute must be judged by real travel time and interchange friction.; Households seeking a genuinely large family apartment. The confirmed residential range tops out at roughly 44 sqm, so multiple children, extensive storage or a dedicated office can make the homes feel limited quickly.; Two-car households that require guaranteed parking. The project states 369 spaces for 879 residential units, including tandem parking, so allocation rules and real availability should be checked with the condominium juristic person..
What we confirm before booking
A short, specific to the project list. We request these from the developer and go through them with you before any payment.
- the legal entity in the SPA and the payee’s bank details
- the title format and what is registered against the unit
- the contractual handover date in the SPA — the page shows the date from the project’s materials
- the contractual area of the chosen unit, and which basis it is measured on
Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- Exact developer-held stock on 27 Aug 2026 is not confirmed. Origin’s project page advertises ready two-bedroom homes from THB 3.59M, but the specific iBooking room pages found in this pass were marked sold. A live direct-inventory list should be checked before publication or reservation.
- Current foreign-quota availability for individual units is not published. DDproperty lists the project as freehold, but a foreign buyer can register the selected unit only if space remains within the statutory 49% quota at transfer.
- Entrance wording and station distance vary by source: some pages associate the project with Soi Ram Inthra 83, detailed map reviews place the frontage between Soi 79/1 and 81, and Origin material gives station-distance figures ranging from about 70 to 350 m. The coordinates refer to the same development; the exact walking route should be rechecked on a live map.
