AV Base Grey Villas

Grey Villas is one of the smaller developments in the Alex Villas Group portfolio, and that is the most useful starting point for understanding it. Listed as Grey Villas (AV Base), it belongs to a wider AV Base concept but has its own name and its own two- and three-bedroom house designs. The neighbouring White Villas entry is not an alternative spelling. It is a separate line of homes. Anyone comparing the two should therefore ask for documents and plans for Grey Villas specifically rather than borrowing amenities, ownership details or specifications from another Alex Villas project.

AV Base White Villas

AV Base White Villas is small enough for the differences between individual homes to matter more than the branding. Alex Villas Group presents it as White Villas (AV Base), a collection of three detached pool villas in Canggu. One is a four-bedroom flagship; the other two are three-bedroom homes. A buyer is not choosing an apartment within an amenity-heavy tower. The attraction is a private house, outdoor living space and the ability to accommodate family or friends without using a shared swimming pool. That makes the layout, access, neighbouring buildings and maintenance condition of each property particularly important.

Axis One Villa Complex

Axis One is a ten-home villa development marketed around Seseh, on Bali’s southwest coast. It is small by design: five one-bedroom homes and five two-bedroom homes rather than a hotel tower or a sprawling managed resort. Listings use Axis One, Axis One Seseh and Axis One Villa Complex for the same development. We found no substantiated evidence of a separate second phase or independently marketed building. Every home is presented as having private outdoor space and a pool. That arrangement gives a buyer a self-contained place to stay, but it also means the experience depends heavily on the performance of one compact development. There is no large resort infrastructure to absorb maintenance problems or offset delays to an individual house.

AXM Villas

AXM Villas is a four-home development on the southern tip of Bali, with each residence planned as a standalone three-bedroom villa and its own swimming pool. There are two distinct layouts rather than a long list of near-identical units. Jungle Villa places the garden and ground-level outdoor space at the centre of the experience; Ocean View Villa introduces a roof terrace, jacuzzi and an outdoor cinema setting. The distinction matters to a prospective owner because the villas are designed for different daily routines, even though their bedroom counts are the same.

Axora Residence

Axora Residence is marketed as a small apartment scheme in Ungasan, on Bali’s southern peninsula. The published inventory describes 34 apartments and two principal choices: studios and one-bedroom homes. It is a different proposition from buying a detached pool villa. Private space is limited, while some of the appeal is meant to come from shared leisure facilities. That arrangement may suit a buyer who wants a manageable base in the south of the island, but it also makes building operations, common-area maintenance and the rules applying to individual apartments central to the purchase decision.

Azuma Villas Bingin

Azuma Villas Bingin is a small private-pool villa development in the Bingin area of southern Bali. The project is marketed under Azuma Developments, with three product designs rather than a wide range of apartments or large family houses. LDR Group, a separate sales intermediary, lists twelve villas within one phase. Azuma’s own project page labels the Bingin development and each displayed villa type as sold. That distinction matters before comparing any prices: the original sales material is still online, but it does not establish that an unsold developer unit can be purchased today. Someone looking to buy now may be dealing with a resale, a reassignment of contractual rights or a newly listed individual villa. Each route would require its own documents and pricing rather than reliance on the original brochure.

Azura Complex - Nusa Dua

There are several very different ways to buy into Azura Complex Nusa Dua, and the distinction starts with the home itself. The listings cover Breeze apartments, Air townhouses, Garden villas, Collection villas and larger penthouse layouts. A compact apartment for occasional trips does not solve the same problem as a family villa, even when both are marketed under a single resort-style name. FazWaz describes the overall scheme as 99 units across five buildings on a 10,000-square-metre site. Those figures provide a useful picture of scale, but the approved master plan and an individual building schedule have not been examined.

B25 Villa Complex

B25 Villa Complex is a 17-villa development in Balangan on Bali’s Bukit Peninsula. It appears online under several close variations of the B25 name, which refer to the same collection rather than separate schemes. The original proposition combined an individual villa and private pool with shared guest services. That distinction matters: this is neither a conventional hotel room nor necessarily an independent house with control over every part of the surrounding land. It was conceived as a managed residential and holiday-rental community. Its present operating and handover status, however, cannot be established conclusively from the material available publicly.

Bali Arum Jimbaran

Bali Arum Jimbaran is best understood as an established neighbourhood rather than a development selling a fresh release of identical villas. Local portals also call it Perumahan Bali Arum. The stock being advertised is mostly individual resale houses, alongside privately owned pool villas and occasional vacant residential plots. That changes the buying process from the outset. There is no reliable, current developer-wide inventory to select from; each address has its own owner, history, asking price and legal documents.

Bali Heights Pererenan

Bali Heights is a small coastal apartment proposal in Pererenan, near Pantai Lima on Bali’s west coast. The original material describes just thirteen homes. That modest scale matters more than the promotional language around the project: instead of a large resort with interchangeable units, the concept has three distinct layouts and a relatively intimate residential setting. The difficulty for a buyer in October 2026 is not understanding the original design. It is establishing whether the building was delivered, whether the same plans still apply, and whether any home can actually be purchased today. The available sales material largely dates back to 2021.

Baliwood I

Baliwood I is best understood as a small collection of detached pool villas rather than an apartment development or a conventional resort. BREIG's portfolio identifies seven homes in the Pererenan part of Bali's south-western coast. Its current project page offers two- to four-bedroom layouts, with a stated building-size range of 235–310 square metres, private pools and rooftop space. Those particulars say more about daily use than a luxury label: owners have a house of their own, room to host family or friends and outdoor space that does not need to be shared with a large residential tower. They also take on the upkeep of the pool, exterior surfaces and equipment, directly or through a manager. A generous floor-area figure should therefore be read alongside the practical demands of running a house in a tropical environment.

Balix Lofts Ubud

Fourteen lofts make Balix Lofts Ubud a very different proposition from a large apartment block or a collection of detached villas. The development is marketed in Kedewatan, within the Ubud district of Gianyar, and its homes occupy two levels rather than a single conventional floor. Buyers share a pool and are offered an on-site management arrangement. There is no individually owned garden or private swimming pool attached to each loft in the published specification. The appeal is an independent living space with relatively few neighbouring units, but the shared facilities and management become a significant part of what an owner will actually pay for and rely on.
