Why this project is worth a look
Completed, not promised
The building is finished, operating and still marketed by Ananda as ready to move in. Buyers can judge the actual view, noise, common areas and unit condition instead of relying on a construction-stage specification.
BTS is walkable
Ananda quotes 250 metres to BTS Bang Na, while map-based portals show roughly 380–427 metres. Either way, rail can be part of the daily commute, although there is no direct covered connection from the condominium into the station.
Layouts change the experience
The official brochure runs from a compact 25 sqm one-bedroom to 53–56 sqm two-bedroom plans and a 50 sqm duplex format. The wider one-bedroom plans are not simply enlarged copies, so floor-plan geometry deserves as much attention as headline area.
Amenities are established
Pools, an equipped gym, social spaces, a panoramic lounge, laundries and substantial landscaped areas already exist. In a development of this size, an in-person look at upkeep and peak-time use is more useful than a long amenity checklist.
Two sales channels
Developer-linked offers and private resales are both visible in the market. That creates price and floor choice, but it also makes seller identity, inclusions, transfer terms and foreign-quota availability part of the comparison from the start.
About the project
Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit Eastpoint is a completed Ananda Development high-rise on the eastern Sukhumvit corridor in Bang Na. It is one registered condominium arranged as two 32-storey towers, not two separate project phases. Ananda's legal material breaks the scheme down into 1,165 total units: 1,162 residential condominium units plus three commercial units, on a site of 7 rai 3 ngan 24.5 square wah. That scale shapes the buying experience. This is a substantial urban community with a broad amenity programme and a deep resale pool, rather than a boutique building where every resident shares a small set of common areas.
The useful thing about Eastpoint in 2026 is that buyers are comparing an operating building, not an off-plan promise. Ananda still lists the project as ready to move in and continues to accept sales enquiries, while the secondary market carries many privately owned units. Those are materially different transactions even when the apartment is in the same tower. Developer-held stock can come with its own furnishing package or promotion; a resale unit can have a different fit-out, transfer arrangement and foreign-quota position. DDproperty's active project range was starting at THB 2.5M when checked, while Ananda's dedicated project page was advertising one-bedroom units from THB 3.69M. The gap is a reason to identify the seller before comparing prices.

The address is unusually well supported: Thailand's official EIA database records the condominium juristic person at 4379 Sukhumvit Road, Bang Na Tai, Bang Na, Bangkok 10260. The project sits directly on the Sukhumvit corridor close to BTS Bang Na. Ananda states a 250-metre distance to the station, whereas map-based property platforms show roughly 380 to 427 metres depending on the route and reference point. The practical conclusion is simple: the station is walkable, but the development is not physically integrated with BTS. Ananda also places Asok nine BTS stops away and Siam thirteen stops away, while road users have access to the Chaloem Maha Nakhon, Ramintra–Ard Narong and Burapha Withi expressway network.
The original project brochure is more informative than a generic “studio to two-bedroom” label. It shows a 25 sqm one-bedroom standard plan, a wider 31 sqm one-bedroom, a 35 sqm one-bedroom with a different bathroom arrangement, a 50 sqm duplex-style Cloud Space layout, and two-bedroom plans of 53 and 56 sqm. The point is not merely that sizes vary. The plans use noticeably different proportions, so a buyer choosing between 25 and 35 sqm is choosing a different way of living, not just ten extra square metres. Current resale portals also show larger apartments that are not cleanly mapped to these brochure types. Those should be checked against the registered unit plan rather than assumed to be another official standard series.
Facilities are split through the two towers rather than concentrated in one lobby. Ananda places a pool, laundry room and Social Club on level 5 of Tower A, and a pool, laundry room and equipped gym on level 5 of Tower B. Tower A adds a Panoramic Lounge on level 32. The brochure describes a 60-metre free-form swimming pool, a 300 sqm fitness centre and about three rai of landscaped garden space. Ananda also lists 547 parking spaces. Those are substantial facilities, but the project is equally substantial in population, so a sensible inspection should focus on how the spaces work in real life: maintenance, peak-hour use, circulation between towers and the condition of shared areas today.
The project's legal trail is relatively clear. Ananda identifies Condominium Registration No. 17/2563 and the project owner as Ananda MF Asia Bangna Two Co., Ltd.; the official ONEP database confirms the juristic person's address and the EIA record. Ananda's legal disclosure also lists the underlying land title deeds. For an overseas buyer, however, project-level freehold status is only the starting point. Thai law limits foreign ownership to 49% of the aggregate condominium unit area, and the juristic person must be able to certify quota availability for the transfer. A portal saying “freehold” does not by itself establish that the specific apartment can be registered to a foreign buyer on the transaction date.
A completed building creates a different due-diligence opportunity from a launch-stage condominium. You can test the actual noise level, afternoon heat, outlook, corridor condition, lift operation and common facilities before committing. That matters at Eastpoint because two units with the same nominal floor area can feel very different depending on tower, stack and height. A Sukhumvit-facing apartment deserves a real noise check with the windows both open and closed. Higher floors should be assessed for view direction and future obstruction; lower floors for proximity to arrival areas and amenities. These are unit-level questions, and a project brochure cannot answer them for you.
Taken as a whole, Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit Eastpoint works best as a large, transit-oriented, completed condominium where buyers can compare live units rather than wait for construction. Its strongest practical combination is BTS access, established shared facilities and several genuinely different layouts. The trade-off is the same scale that creates that choice: this is a high-density scheme with a mixed developer/resale market and a wide price spread. Anyone seeking a quiet low-unit-count residence may find it too busy. A buyer who wants immediate use, a known building, and the ability to compare several apartments within one address may see that active market as an advantage.

Ownership format
The condominium is registered for freehold ownership. A foreign buyer can register freehold only while space remains within Thailand's foreign quota, capped by law at 49% of the aggregate condominium unit area in the building. Quota availability is not published for each current unit; if it is exhausted, foreign freehold cannot be registered and any leasehold alternative has to be assessed separately for that specific offer.
Unit types & sizes
The smallest clearly documented type in the official brochure. It suits a single resident or a couple prioritising location and transport over a large separate living room. Storage, kitchen worktop and the actual furniture package matter disproportionately at 25 sqm, so the way a specific resale unit has been fitted can materially change how usable it feels.
The brochure deliberately labels this as the wider one-bedroom plan. Its proportions give the living area more breathing room than the smallest type, making it more convincing for a couple or for someone who works at home part of the week. Window position, orientation and furniture still vary by unit, so the plan name should not substitute for inspecting the actual apartment.
The 35 sqm version is a distinct brochure plan with a different bathroom arrangement and a more generous overall footprint. The useful comparison with the 31 sqm type is not the four-square-metre headline difference but where walls, wardrobes and circulation actually sit. For longer-term occupation it can work better than the compact plans when that geometry matches the buyer's routine.
This duplex-style plan separates the sleeping level from the lower living space, giving stronger functional separation than a single-level apartment of similar size. The trade-off is the staircase and a less flexible use of some floor area. Ceiling volume, stair geometry and furniture placement therefore matter more than the headline 50 sqm figure and should be judged in the actual unit.
The documented 53 sqm plan provides two separate bedrooms around a shared living area. It can work for a couple needing a proper study or guest room, or for a small household, while remaining compact by two-bedroom standards. The actual dimensions of the secondary bedroom should be checked in the selected unit rather than assumed to match the principal bedroom in usefulness.
At 56 sqm, this is the largest standard two-bedroom plan shown in the brochure. The extra area can help the shared living zone and storage, but the “Sunset” label should not be read as a guaranteed view from every unit carrying that plan. Tower, floor, orientation and the real outlook need to be verified against the selected apartment.
The names and areas above come from Ananda's official 2021 brochure. Current resale stock also includes other sizes, including materially larger apartments; without the registered plan for a specific unit it is not safe to classify those as an original standard type, a combined unit or simply a market description. Ananda's current campaign separately advertises a 1 Bed Plus offer from THB 4.69M, but the public page does not unambiguously map that price to one of these six brochure plans, so no type-level price has been assigned here. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 2.5M in the active DDproperty sale range checked on 27 Aug 2026. This is a lower-market resale anchor, not a blanket price for Ananda's remaining stock: Ananda's own live project page was advertising one-bedroom units from THB 3.69M in the same period. Seller identity, actual availability, unit condition, foreign quota and final commercial terms all need to be confirmed for the selected unit.
- Completed: 2020
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: A buyer who wants a completed condominium near BTS and prefers to inspect the real building before committing rather than carry construction-stage risk.; A single resident or couple comfortable with compact 25–35 sqm city layouts and prioritising transport, shared facilities and immediate usability.; A two-bedroom buyer for whom the documented 53–56 sqm plans are sufficient and who is willing to compare actual tower, floor and orientation rather than choose from a layout name alone.; An investor who wants an established rental and resale market near BTS, while calculating returns from the actual acquisition price instead of treating a promotional yield claim as evidence.; A foreign buyer seeking Bangkok condominium freehold and prepared to obtain a current foreign-quota certificate for the selected unit before transfer.; may not suit: Someone specifically looking for a low-unit-count, quiet boutique residence: the registered scheme contains 1,165 units in total and operates at a much larger urban scale.; A buyer who requires a covered direct connection into BTS. Bang Na station is close, but the condominium is not physically linked to the station.; Someone who only wants a single developer price list. Ananda-linked stock and private resales coexist here, with different pricing, inclusions and transfer terms.; A buyer unwilling to investigate the individual apartment. In a completed building, view, condition, furniture, seller and foreign-quota position can vary even between units sharing the same plan type..

- the contractual area of the chosen unit, and which basis it is measured on
Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- Ananda's live pages do not show one consistent current starting price as of 27 Aug 2026: the dedicated project page advertises one-bedroom units from THB 3.69M, while Ananda's broader home page had shown the project from THB 3.29M, and a separate campaign advertises 1 Bed Plus from THB 4.69M. A fresh price sheet is needed for the selected seller and unit.
- Sources disagree on the completion month. Some property platforms state January 2020, while an earlier Ananda construction update had expected completion in September 2020. The completed status and the year 2020 are well supported, so the registry stores the year only rather than choosing an unsupported month.
- Distance to BTS Bang Na varies by measurement method: Ananda states 250 m, DDproperty about 380 m, and other map-based platforms around 427 m. The dossier preserves those source figures and does not calculate its own distance.
