Why this project is worth a look
Unusually large homes
Kamala Nature stands out for the size of individual residences rather than for a long amenity list. The resale market includes apartments around 90 sqm as well as homes of roughly 185, 250 and 318 sqm. That can work well for families or buyers planning longer stays, because the layouts are closer to full-time homes than compact resort units. The trade-off is higher absolute maintenance, furnishing and renovation cost, so price per square metre should not be the only comparison point.
A visible resale asset
Because the project was completed in 2013, buyers can inspect the actual building, road access, common areas and views rather than relying on a future-delivery promise. The same age makes a technical inspection more important. Waterproofing, air-conditioning systems, windows, bathrooms, prior rental wear and any owner-made alterations can materially change the quality of two units that look similar in an online listing.
Two legal paths
The condominium apartments and the townhouses require different ownership analysis. A foreign buyer may be able to register a condo unit in their own name if the building has available foreign quota and the transfer requirements are met. A townhouse brings land rights into the transaction, and a foreign individual cannot directly own the underlying Thai land. Choosing the property type therefore changes the diligence documents as well as the economics.
Hillside Kamala setting
Kamala Nature is not a walk-out-to-the-sand development. Its hillside-side location makes a car or motorbike part of everyday life. That can be a reasonable trade for buyers who prioritise larger living areas, a lower-density feel and road access toward Kamala and Patong. Buyers whose main priority is a fully walkable beach routine should compare it with developments closer to central Kamala before deciding.
About the project
Kamala Nature is an established low-rise residential development in Kamala on Phuket's west coast. Its defining feature is the mix of property types rather than a large master plan: the project is consistently described as combining condominium apartments with townhouses. That distinction matters because the homes are not interchangeable. Public records and market listings range from one-bedroom apartments to unusually large two- and three-bedroom condos, plus multi-storey townhouses. A buyer should therefore treat Kamala Nature as a small community of individually different resale homes, where the selected unit's title, condition and exact configuration matter more than a single project-wide specification sheet.
Construction was completed in March 2013. That removes off-plan delivery risk, but it replaces it with the normal questions that come with an established resale property completed in 2013: how the unit has been maintained, what has been renovated, whether common-area obligations are current, how the juristic or management structure is operating, and what the title documents actually show. Sales and rental listings were still visible across major portals when checked in September 2026, and several Kamala Nature homes are also marketed as holiday accommodation. This indicates an active secondary and rental market around the development, although it does not mean every advertised unit is still genuinely available. Some underlying sales listings have old update dates.

The project sits on the hillside side of Kamala rather than directly on the beach. Project profiles place it on Naka Nai Road and Soi Namtor, while more recent accommodation pages use Moo 6 addresses under the name Kamala Nature Villas. House numbers are inconsistent across the sources, which is why the location should be verified using the development itself and the internal road rather than relying on one portal's street number. Project profiles publish a 1.7 km distance to Kamala Beach, while individual listings sometimes show 2.29 km. Either way, this is not a beachfront scheme; everyday beach access is more realistically planned by vehicle.
The apartment mix is distinctive for Kamala. Historical project data lists one-bedroom units at about 90–185 sqm, two-bedroom units at about 89–250 sqm and three-bedroom units around 318 sqm. The live resale inventory supports the broad picture: examples include 89.95 sqm and 184.62 sqm one-bedroom apartments, 249.44 and 249.78 sqm two-bedroom homes and a 318.40 sqm three-bedroom apartment. These are large internal areas compared with many newer resort condominiums in Phuket. For an owner-occupier or a family seeking longer stays, the extra space can be meaningful. For an investor, the same feature raises the absolute cost of furnishing, renovation and common-area fees, so headline price per square metre is only part of the decision.
The townhouses need to be analysed separately from the condominium units. Project profiles refer to two- and three-bedroom townhouses, and the current sale inventory includes a two-storey two-bedroom townhouse of 197.52 sqm. Short-stay accommodation sites also show two- and three-bedroom homes marketed under Kamala Nature Villas, but their stated sizes and street numbers do not line up perfectly with the original project profile. That may reflect different measurement conventions, later alterations or portal errors. For a purchase, the floor area on the registered documents, the actual built condition and the land or lease rights attached to that specific townhouse are more important than the generic project description.
The recurring shared facilities are straightforward: a communal swimming pool, parking, reception or lobby space, security and CCTV. Project databases also describe a hotel-management function. A resale buyer should not assume that this means a current full-service hotel operator or a guaranteed rental programme. What matters today is the operating reality: who manages the common property, what rules apply to rentals, what maintenance budget is being collected, and whether the selected owner is fully paid up. FazWaz publishes a common-area charge of THB 50 per sqm of indoor area per month, while individual condo listings also show specific monthly CAM amounts. The current charge and its calculation basis should be confirmed for the selected home before purchase.
The weakest part of the public record is the original developer identity. Major project databases label the developer as unavailable. A Thai company named Kamala Nature Management Co., Ltd. was registered in Phuket in 2011 and has real-estate-related business activities, but the sources reviewed do not establish that company as the developer of Kamala Nature. That gap does not make a resale transaction impossible, but it changes the diligence emphasis. Instead of relying on a developer track record, the buyer needs to verify the condominium juristic person or current manager, the unit title, any encumbrances, the status of common charges and, for a townhouse, the exact rights over the underlying land.

Ownership format
Condominium units in Thailand can be registered in a foreign buyer's name only within the statutory foreign quota, capped at 49% of the aggregate unit area in a registered condominium. Kamala Nature's available foreign quota for any specific unit has not been verified. For townhouses, a foreign individual cannot directly own the underlying land, so the legal structure must be checked against the title and sale or lease documents for the selected home.
Home types & sizes
The historical project range is supported by resale examples around 89.95 sqm and 184.62 sqm. These are very different homes despite sharing the same bedroom count, so the exact floor plan matters more than the label alone.
Current resale data includes a relatively compact 89.37 sqm example as well as very large homes around 249.44 and 249.78 sqm. They should not be treated as one standardised unit type.
The largest confirmed apartment format is a 318.40 sqm resale home on the second floor. It offers house-like internal space, but its maintenance and renovation budget will also be materially larger.
A two-storey 197.52 sqm townhouse is listed for sale. A foreign buyer needs separate verification of the land title, the legal rights attached to the building and land, and the community rules.
The original project profile gives about 115 sqm for a three-bedroom townhouse, while recent accommodation pages show different sizes for three-bedroom homes. The registered area of the selected property should take precedence.
The broad unit ranges come from the project profile and were cross-checked against current resale examples. Short-stay accommodation pages show additional configurations and different floor areas, so these cards are a guide to Kamala Nature's housing mix rather than a definitive official schedule of every unit. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 5.78M in FazWaz's live project inventory checked on 8 September 2026. This is a lower listing anchor, not a confirmed seller quote; the exact home, listing status and transaction terms need to be checked with a specialist.
- Completed: 2013-03
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- The original Kamala Nature developer has not been verified. Kamala Nature Management Co., Ltd. exists as a Phuket company registered in 2011 with real-estate-related activities, but no reviewed source explicitly establishes it as the project's developer.
- Published unit counts conflict materially: FazWaz's header says 12, the same project description refers to 12 condominium units plus 8 townhouses, Hipflat shows 9, and one local mirror shows 14. The total home count is therefore not published as a confirmed project fact.
- The current foreign quota status for the condominium units and the land-right structure for the townhouses are not publicly verified. The selected property's juristic-person certificate, title and contract documents need to be reviewed before purchase.
