Why this project is worth a look
Only ten homes
LongOne is small enough to feel like a residential enclave rather than a resort village. The trade-off is equally clear: privacy and a lower-density setting come with fewer shared facilities than a large master-planned estate.
Real family layouts
The original A and B plans are two-storey, three-bedroom villas with private pools and substantial living space. They make more sense for families and long stays than for buyers whose only goal is the smallest rentable holiday unit.
A physical asset
Using the developer's handover record, the estate is already completed. A buyer can inspect the actual building, pool, finishes and maintenance history rather than relying mainly on renders, although that also means resale condition varies by owner.
Chalong-Palai position
The location suits people whose daily life is already oriented toward Chalong and southern Phuket. It is not a walk-to-the-beach proposition, so the fit depends much more on driving patterns, schools, work and routine destinations.
About the project
LongOne Villa is a small private-pool community on Soi Palai in Chalong rather than a resort-scale estate. The original scheme contains ten villas, and Yadalong Property publishes two core layouts, Type A and Type B. Both are two-storey homes organised around three bedrooms, private outdoor space and an individual swimming pool. That distinction matters when comparing LongOne with larger Phuket compounds: the lifestyle is centred on the house and its own plot, not on a long list of shared club facilities. Buyers who want a detached home but still prefer a managed, secured neighbourhood may find the format more relevant than either a standalone villa on an independent plot or a high-density holiday development.
The verified address is 8/5 Long One Villa, Moo 3, Soi Palai, Chalong, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83130. Yadalong Property uses the same address for the project and its office, while Thai project databases place the estate at virtually identical coordinates. This is the Palai side of Chalong on the south-eastern part of Phuket. It should be understood as a car-based residential location rather than a walk-out beach address. The official project material associates it with Chalong Bay, and the surrounding property databases consistently classify it under Chalong, Mueang Phuket. For a resident, the practical question is therefore not whether the project has a beach at its gate, but whether the Chalong-Palai position fits school, work, marina, shopping and daily driving patterns.

Completion is the main factual conflict in the public record. The strongest specific to the project statement comes from Yadalong Property, which says all ten villas were sold and handed over to owners in October 2023. DDproperty also records 2023 as the completion year, and the project won two Thailand Property Awards in that same year. A separate Longone Villas rental site, however, says the community was completed in 2021, while current FazWaz and LivePhuket profiles show May 2026 or describe some product as build-to-order within twelve months. Those dates cannot all describe the same construction milestone. For the registry we use 2023 because it is tied to an explicit handover statement from the developer and independently repeated by a major project database; the contradictory dates remain disclosed rather than blended into a false compromise.
The original Type A plan provides one of the clearest views of what LongOne was designed to be. Yadalong Property gives a total area of 313.33 sqm excluding the garden and a 289 sqm plot. The ground floor combines living, dining, kitchen and utility functions with one large bedroom, while two further main bedrooms sit upstairs. A private pool, terrace and outdoor living area form part of the plan. Type B follows the same basic family arrangement but is listed at 322.68 sqm excluding the garden on a 269 sqm plot. Both plans are substantial for three-bedroom villas and allocate unusually generous areas to the upstairs bedroom suites. They are better read as full-time or long-stay homes than as compact lock-up-and-leave holiday units.
The resale market is already more varied than the original brochure. Current FazWaz inventory includes a three-bedroom, four-bathroom villa of 423 sqm offered at THB 26M and a four-bedroom, five-bathroom villa of 330.60 sqm offered at THB 30.5M. The four-bedroom configuration does not appear as a standard Type A or Type B on the developer's project page. It may represent a modified villa, a different lot configuration or later customisation, but the available sources do not settle that question. For a buyer this is a useful warning: the project name identifies the estate, not a guaranteed specification. The actual registered building, plot, floor plan and post-handover alterations of the selected villa should be checked individually.
Pricing also needs context. Yadalong Property still displays a starting figure of THB 25.8M, yet the same project page says the ten original villas are sold out and were handed over. That makes the figure unsuitable as evidence of current developer inventory. As of 3 September 2026, active resale listings start around THB 26M, with another visible offer at THB 30.5M. We therefore use THB 26M as a lower secondary-market reference, not as a promise of what a new buyer can purchase from the developer. Furniture, plot size, views, owner improvements, maintenance condition and the legal structure attached to the land can all create a meaningful price gap between homes inside such a small estate.
LongOne's common-area proposition is straightforward. Reliable project sources support 24-hour security and CCTV, while the major amenities are private to each villa: swimming pool, garden or outdoor area, terrace and parking. Yadalong Property also advertises villa management and maintenance services. Those services should not be assumed to be permanently bundled with every resale home. A secondary buyer should establish whether the selected villa currently has a management agreement, what it costs, which services are included, and whether short- or long-term rental operation is subject to any estate rules. For an owner who plans to live abroad for part of the year, the answer may be more important than the relatively limited shared amenity list.
Tenure deserves more care than a simple 'freehold' label. DDproperty classifies Longone Villas as freehold, but the public project materials we found do not identify the land title for each plot or explain the legal structure available to a foreign individual. Thai government guidance makes the general limitation clear: foreign ownership of land is restricted and ordinary villa purchases require a lawful structure that must be checked against the actual title and contracts. For that reason the registry does not state a specific to the project foreign ownership form. Before committing funds, a buyer should verify the land title, registered landowner, ownership of the building, any lease or other registrable rights, and whether the proposed structure is compatible with the buyer's nationality and circumstances.
The project has two verified 2023 PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards: Best Housing Architectural Design (Phuket) and Best Lifestyle Housing Development (Phuket). Those awards are useful historical evidence that Longone Villas was an identifiable, completed development in the market by that period, but they should not be used as a substitute for due diligence. The houses are now lived-in or rented assets, and condition can diverge significantly from one villa to another. A sensible inspection should focus on the pool shell and waterproofing, terraces, drainage, air-conditioning, electrical and water systems, roofs and façades, furniture condition, pest history, service records and any alterations made after handover. At LongOne, the quality of the specific resale villa matters more than the polish of the original launch material.

Home types & sizes
A two-storey layout with one main bedroom and the principal living area on the ground floor, plus two large bedroom suites upstairs. The official plan also identifies a terrace, outdoor living space and a 31.49 sqm private pool.
The same family-oriented arrangement places one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, with a different ground-floor and outdoor configuration. The published plan lists a 24.28 sqm pool and an 82.52 sqm garden area.
The developer's project page presents Types A and B as three-bedroom villas. A current resale listing also offers a four-bedroom 330.60 sqm home, but we do not treat it as a third standard type because the available project material does not establish how that configuration originated. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 26M in active resale listings as of 3 September 2026. This is a lower secondary-market reference, not confirmed developer stock; the exact villa, availability, condition, furniture package and transaction terms need a separate check.
- Completed: 2023
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: A family wanting a detached two-storey home with three bedrooms and a private pool in Chalong.; A completed-property buyer who prefers inspecting the actual house before purchase instead of taking construction-stage risk.; A long-stay or seasonal owner who values private space more than an extensive shared clubhouse programme.; A buyer whose normal school, work and lifestyle routes already make Chalong and southern Phuket practical.; may not suit: Not a strong fit for someone who requires a beach to be comfortably walkable from the front door.; Not designed for buyers who expect a large shared resort programme with extensive communal leisure and dining facilities.; A foreign buyer who is unwilling to verify the land title and legal holding structure should not treat this villa purchase as equivalent to buying a condominium unit..

Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- Completion dates conflict: Yadalong Property says all 10 villas were handed over in October 2023, the Longone Villas site states 2021, while FazWaz and LivePhuket currently show May 2026 or a 12-month build-to-order timeline. The registry uses 2023 because it is the clearest explicit handover date.
- DDproperty labels the project freehold, but the public material does not establish the land title or foreign-buyer holding structure. The title, ownership of the building and legally available structure must be verified for the specific villa.
- The developer page still displays a THB 25.8M starting figure while also stating that all 10 original villas are sold. Current offers from THB 26M are therefore treated as resale-market evidence rather than confirmed remaining developer inventory.
