Why this project is worth a look
A practical inland base
The address makes more sense for daily Phuket life than for a beach-holiday routine. Retail, schools and the Thalang–Choeng Thale road network are closer than the sea, so a household with a car can build efficient everyday routes from here. Buyers who want to walk to Bang Tao Beach or step straight into the resort strip should treat the 9 km beach distance as a real limitation, not a detail to gloss over.
Low-rise, not tiny
Ten residential buildings keep the scheme visually and operationally different from a single 400-plus-unit tower. Most of the inner blocks have only 38–39 apartments, giving each building a smaller resident count. The trade-off is that the project as a whole still has 444 homes sharing major facilities, access and parking, so it should not be mistaken for a boutique condominium.
Two genuine unit tiers
Building A and the inner blocks are not interchangeable. A reaches 52.5 sqm and has a published 2.60 m ceiling height, while B–J top out at 43.5 sqm and are listed at 2.45 m. That creates a useful choice between larger two-bedroom layouts in the front block and smaller-building living deeper in the site. Buyers should compare actual plans rather than assuming every one- or two-bedroom unit is the same product.
Pet rules have boundaries
H, I and J are the designated pet-friendly buildings, with the pet area positioned nearby. That is a clearer setup than allowing animals everywhere without zoning, and it also gives non-pet households an obvious set of other buildings to consider. The published launch rules include a two-pet and 20 kg adult-weight limit, but the current house rules and any fees should still be obtained before purchase.
Approved, still early
Environmental approval is in place and the project owner is clearly identified, which is useful for a fresh launch. Construction had not started at the recorded approval stage and the target completion year is 2028. The decision therefore depends heavily on the contract: handover timing, payment milestones, specifications, delay remedies and the exact legal status of the selected unit.
About the project
Supalai Kram Srisoonthorn Phuket is best understood as an inland residential base rather than a beach condo. It sits on Srisoonthorn Road in Si Sunthon, Thalang, on the cross-island corridor leading toward Choeng Thale and the west coast. Bang Tao Beach is roughly 9 km away, so this is not a walk-to-the-sand proposition. The practical appeal is the road network, everyday retail and access to schools and employment areas around Thalang and the wider Bang Tao–Choeng Thale zone. The site covers 9-0-48.1 rai and is planned as ten residential buildings plus a separate two-storey clubhouse, with 444 apartments in total. That is a sizeable scheme for Phuket, but the homes are spread across low-rise blocks rather than concentrated in a single tower.
The building choice matters almost as much as the unit plan. Building A is the only seven-storey block and contains 95 apartments, with residences starting on the second floor. Buildings B through J are five storeys and much smaller, generally holding 38 or 39 homes each. Building A also carries a second-floor lounge and a rooftop garden, while the inner buildings are broken up by smaller landscaped pockets. In practice, buyers can choose between a position closer to Srisoonthorn Road, a deeper internal block, a building near one of the green spaces, or the designated pet-friendly zone. A sensible shortlist therefore needs the building letter, floor, orientation and relationship to shared facilities, not simply the bedroom count.

There are only two core unit categories, but they cover distinctly different needs. One-bedroom homes run from 30 to 38.5 sqm, while two-bedroom homes extend from 43.5 to 52.5 sqm. The larger end of the range is concentrated in Building A: the unit range there covers 31–52.5 sqm, including two-bedroom layouts of 47–52.5 sqm. Buildings B–J cover 30–43.5 sqm. Ceiling heights are 2.60 m in Building A and 2.45 m in the inner blocks. The layouts also use enclosed kitchens with glazed partitions, wet/dry bathroom separation and furnished handover packages. Those differences are meaningful: the seven-storey block offers the roomier layouts and slightly more vertical volume, while the five-storey buildings trade some size for fewer neighbours per building.
Pet ownership is handled by zoning rather than by a blanket rule across all ten buildings. Buildings H, I and J are the pet-friendly blocks, together accounting for 116 apartments, and a dedicated pet area is located nearby. The stated limit is up to two pets per unit with an adult weight of no more than 20 kg. This makes the distinction useful in both directions: an owner with a dog or cat can focus on the right three buildings, while a buyer who prefers a non-pet building can avoid them. The current juristic-person rules and any pet-related charges still need to be read before signing, because the practical conditions of keeping an animal matter as much as the headline permission.
The common areas are broad enough to support everyday residential use rather than relying on one signature facility. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi area, fitness room, yoga room, shared work space, games room, basketball court, outdoor exercise equipment, children’s play area, landscaped pockets, Building A’s rooftop garden and the pet area. Landscaped space exceeds 2 rai. There are 302 car spaces, stated as 68% of the 444 apartments and excluding tandem parking. That ratio is useful context rather than a promise of a dedicated bay. On this part of Phuket, where a car or motorbike is often part of normal daily life, the final parking allocation and access rules deserve the same attention as the pool or gym.
The immediate geography is more functional than resort-like. Robinson Lifestyle Thalang is 1.2 km away, Kajonkiet Thalang School 2.3 km, HeadStart International School 5 km, British International School 6.5 km, Makro Thalang 6.9 km and Thalang Hospital 7.3 km. Bang Tao Beach is about 9 km away and Laguna Golf Phuket about 9.8 km. That mix points toward a buyer who values links between Thalang, Choeng Thale and northern Phuket, rather than someone whose priority is to walk to beach clubs. It may work well for local employment, school runs or a year-round household with its own transport. For a holiday buyer who wants the west-coast tourist strip outside the lobby, the location is a clear compromise.
The regulatory position is clearer than the construction position. Environmental approval is dated 5 February 2026, with Supalai Public Company Limited identified as the project owner and the site located in Moo 3, Si Sunthon, Thalang. At that approval stage the project was recorded as not yet constructed or implemented. Sales began in mid-2026 and the public completion target is 2028, so we treat this conservatively as a planned scheme rather than a completed or demonstrably advanced build. A buyer is still taking development-stage risk and should review the construction schedule, contractual handover date, delay provisions, finish and furniture specification, and the actual instalment schedule before committing funds.
The current entry-price reference on 19 August 2026 is THB 1.79 million. It is a starting point, not a promise that every available apartment can be bought at that number. Foreign buyers also need a second layer of checking that a Thai buyer may not: live foreign freehold quota. Thai law allows foreigners to own condominium units within a 49% cap on the total unit area of the relevant registered condominium, but quota availability changes with sales and must be confirmed for the exact unit. The useful comparison is therefore not simply 'THB 1.79M versus another launch'. It is the available apartment, its building and plan, freehold-quota status, contract price, payment timetable and delivery terms considered together.

Ownership format
A foreign buyer can register condominium freehold only within the statutory foreign quota, capped at 49% of the total unit area of the relevant registered condominium. Live quota availability must be confirmed for the selected building and apartment; where freehold quota is unavailable, any leasehold or other lawful structure must be checked against the actual contract.
Unit types & sizes
The core compact format. Building A has one-bedroom plans of roughly 31–35.5 sqm, while the inner buildings include the 30 sqm entry size. An enclosed kitchen gives the layout a more residential feel than an open studio arrangement. The exact building, floor, outlook and furniture package should be checked against the selected unit.
The larger option for a couple, small family or anyone who needs a true second room. The 47–52.5 sqm two-bedroom plans sit in Building A, while the inner B–J range reaches 43.5 sqm overall. A current starting price specifically for the two-bedroom stock is not available, so the one-bedroom entry figure should not be applied to this category.
Building A and Buildings B–J differ in more than height: area ranges vary, with a 2.60 m ceiling noted for A and 2.45 m for B–J. H, I and J are the designated pet-friendly blocks. Exact plan availability and pricing depend on live stock.

Best for: Year-round residents working or living around Thalang and northern Phuket who normally use a car or motorbike and value daily road connections more than beach walkability.; Singles or couples who want a separate bedroom, enclosed kitchen and furnished package without moving into a large-format apartment.; Small families comfortable with two-bedroom homes up to 52.5 sqm and looking for access to several schools in the northern half of the island.; Dog or cat owners who deliberately choose Buildings H, I or J and verify the current pet regulations before contracting.; Buyers comfortable purchasing at an early development stage, with a public completion target of 2028 and the discipline to review milestones, payment terms and delay clauses.; may not suit: Not a strong fit for buyers who require genuine walk-to-beach living; Supalai places Bang Tao Beach at roughly 9 km.; Not suitable for someone seeking three bedrooms, a large family apartment or villa-scale space; the published range stops at two bedrooms and 52.5 sqm.; Not for immediate occupation: this is a new launch targeting 2028 completion, and the live construction stage should be rechecked before contract.; Should not be treated as a ready-made yield product or guaranteed-rental investment; no verified guaranteed-return or fixed rental programme was found in the reviewed material..

Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- Public project material does not show live foreign-quota availability or identify which current units can be registered in foreign freehold; this must be confirmed for the selected apartment before payment.
- No current public reservation, down-payment and instalment schedule for the live inventory was verified.
- Smart EIA Plus records the project as not yet constructed/implemented at its 5 February 2026 approval record; no later dated public construction-progress update was verified through 19 August 2026, so the stage is conservatively recorded as planned.
