Why this project is worth a look
Only three homes
The tiny unit count is more meaningful than a long amenities list. There is little of the traffic or anonymity of a large estate, and a buyer can understand the whole project quickly. The trade-off is limited internal choice: the position and land around each of the three villas matter much more than a generic project brochure.
Real residential scale
Around 328 sqm of internal space, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private pool and two-car parking make the format credible for year-round family use. Plot sizes vary, so the decision should include outdoor space, privacy and the relationship between the house and its specific plot, not just the repeated floor plan.
A quieter Yamu base
The east-side setting suits buyers who want a calmer home environment rather than a tourist-centre address. Bang Sai Beach is close and Yamu Pier is a short drive, but many schools, larger retail destinations and west-coast venues still require a car. The location works best when that driving pattern is acceptable from the outset.
Near-handover timing
Recent listings point to October–November 2026 handovers, so buyers can increasingly inspect real construction rather than rely solely on renderings. That makes this a good stage to compare delivered materials, mechanical systems, final fit-out, snagging standards and the documents required before the balance is paid.
About the project
The Nature Siri is a three-villa pool-home development in the Lamyai/Yamu part of Pa Khlok on Phuket’s east side. Its scale is the first thing that matters. This is not a resort-style estate with dozens of units, multiple buildings and a long menu of layouts; the choice is essentially between three detached homes built around the same residential concept. Across the current sources, the core specification is consistent: three bedrooms, four bathrooms, two storeys and about 328 sqm of internal area. For a buyer considering full-time or long-stay use, that tells more than the luxury wording around the project.
The setting is quieter than Phuket’s west-coast resort belt. Project descriptions place the villas in Lamyai, Yamu, Pa Khlok and state that Bang Sai Beach is roughly 450 metres away. Yamu Pier is a short drive, while the airport and central retail are reachable by car rather than on foot. That makes the location a deliberate lifestyle choice. Buyers who prefer privacy, lower-density surroundings and the east side of the island may find the trade-off attractive; buyers who want to walk to a dense selection of restaurants, beach clubs and nightlife are looking at a different part of Phuket.

As of 16 September 2026, the freshest unit listings show three distinct homes. Each is around 328 sqm inside with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, but the plots and asking prices differ. A2 is listed on 308.70 sqm of land at THB 28M, A3 on 333.86 sqm at THB 32M, and A1 on 357 sqm at THB 30M. The differences matter because there is no large inventory pool from which a generic starting price can safely describe every option. A buyer should compare the actual villa, land plot, position and specification rather than treat the project as one interchangeable product.
The private pool is central to the design. The official project site confirms a 10-metre pool, three bedrooms, four bathrooms and two parking spaces; detailed listings describe the pool as approximately 4 by 10 metres. The living and dining areas are planned as open spaces that connect directly to the pool terrace through large sliding doors. Listings also describe a kitchen island, high ceilings, landscaped private areas and a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct pool access. These features make the homes read more like everyday residences than compact holiday villas, although final finishes still need to be checked against the signed specification.
Construction status is one of the points where source freshness matters. Current listings published and refreshed around August and September 2026 show A2 scheduled for completion in October 2026 and A1 and A3 in November 2026. One A3 listing also describes the villa as roughly 80% complete with handover targeted for Q4 2026. Nestopa, by contrast, labels the project as completed in 2026 and describes completion as early 2026. The more specific and more recent unit evidence supports treating The Nature Siri as still under construction with handovers expected in October–November 2026.
Pricing has also moved across the public data. Older project pages on FazWaz and syndicated portals still show roughly THB 24.5M–26.5M, while the newer A1, A2 and A3 listings are THB 30M, THB 28M and THB 32M. That may reflect a price revision, a different stock set or changed fit-out, but the public sources do not prove which explanation is correct. For this dossier, THB 28M is used as the current lower market anchor because it comes from a recent live unit listing. Buyers should still obtain a dated developer or seller quotation before treating any portal number as transactional.
The developer identity needs a similar distinction between brand and legal entity. Public project pages identify the developer simply as The Nature Siri. A Thai company record shows an active entity called The Nature Siri Phuket Co., Ltd., registered on 29 November 2024 with stated activities covering land and residential property development and sales. The naming and business purpose align with the project, but the public project website does not explicitly state that legal entity as the contracting seller or identify the title deeds behind the three villas. The sale contract and title documentation should therefore establish the connection rather than relying on branding alone.
Foreign ownership is not something to infer from a portal badge. Under the general Thai framework, a foreign individual cannot simply register the land in their own name. A villa transaction can separate rights in the building from the legal basis for occupying the land, often involving a registered land lease where appropriate. Public listings for The Nature Siri are not consistent: one marketplace uses a freehold label, while older material refers to Thai or company ownership. Those descriptions do not establish the exact structure offered to a foreign buyer. The land title, lessor or owner, building ownership and transfer mechanics need to be checked for the selected villa.
Common facilities are modest, which fits the three-home scale. Project portals mention a gated entrance, CCTV or security, parking and landscaped common areas. The more meaningful amenity package is private: each home has its own pool, garden space and two-car parking. This can be a positive for a buyer who does not want to pay for a large clubhouse programme, but it is a limitation for someone expecting resort services, a communal gym, children’s facilities or extensive shared recreation inside the estate.
Taken as a whole, The Nature Siri is a focused residential proposition rather than a generic Phuket investment story. It offers large three-bedroom homes, private pools and a very small neighbour count close to Yamu and Bang Sai Beach. The main decision points are equally concrete: whether the east-coast location works for the buyer’s daily routine, whether the final construction and fit-out match the promised specification, and whether the land and sale documents support the intended ownership structure. Once those are verified, the choice between A1, A2 and A3 becomes a practical comparison of plot size, position, price and delivered condition.
Ownership format
Foreign buyers generally cannot own Thai land directly. The public material for The Nature Siri does not establish the specific to the project ownership structure or the title for each plot. Before purchase, the buyer should verify ownership of the building, the legal basis for use of the land and the terms of any registered land lease if that is the structure offered.
Home types & sizes
A two-storey home on the largest published plot in the available sources. The recent listing describes a 4 x 10 m private pool, two parking spaces and expected completion in November 2026.
The smallest published plot of the three and the lowest current asking price. The listing targets October 2026 completion while retaining the same three-bedroom, private-pool residential format.
A corner villa described in the current listing as having more breathing room around the home. Completion is shown for November 2026, while a separate current listing described construction as roughly 80% complete.
All three homes are published with the same core internal area of about 328 sqm, but land plots, asking prices and handover timing differ. Older project pages still show a lower price range, so a dated quotation for the specific villa is essential before reservation.

Best for: Families or couples looking for a substantial private pool home for year-round or long-stay use rather than a compact holiday apartment.; Buyers who deliberately prefer Yamu and Pa Khlok on Phuket’s quieter east side and are comfortable making a car part of the daily routine.; People who value a very small neighbour count and private amenities inside the villa more than a large communal clubhouse programme.; may not suit: Less suitable for buyers who want dense walkable tourist infrastructure, beach clubs and west-coast nightlife immediately outside the estate.; Not a project to buy from a portal label alone: land rights, the contracting seller, current specification and final price need documentary confirmation..

Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- Pricing is inconsistent across sources: older project pages still show about THB 24.5M–26.5M, while current 2026 listings for A1, A2 and A3 show THB 30M, THB 28M and THB 32M. This dossier uses THB 28M as the fresh lower anchor, but live stock and pricing need seller confirmation.
- Completion status is also inconsistent. Nestopa describes the project as completed in 2026, while newer listings show construction continuing with A2 targeted for October and A1/A3 for November 2026. The selected villa should be physically checked before contract or final payment.
- The official project site does not name the contracting legal entity, land title or foreign-buyer ownership structure. A live company called The Nature Siri Phuket Co., Ltd. exists with relevant property-development activities, but its legal connection to the selected plot and sale contract needs documentary verification.
