Why this project is worth a look

More room to live

The original one-bedroom format starts around 45 sqm, while the published two-bedroom range begins at 64.75 sqm. Buyers who want a proper living area, storage and workable home-office space may find that more useful than a newer address with tighter floor plans. The relevant comparison is not only headline price, but how much functional interior space the budget actually buys.

A building you can inspect

Completion in 2014 means the project no longer asks buyers to underwrite construction or delivery risk. Instead, the condition of lifts, landscaping, pool areas, corridors, security and building systems can be seen before purchase. That visibility is valuable, although it also makes maintenance quality and future repair costs more important than they would be in a brand-new handover.

Real resale choice

A relatively broad pool of active listings lets buyers compare units within the same project. Differences in floor, building position, road exposure, renovation and furniture can be priced against each other instead of accepted as a seller's narrative. That is especially useful in an older condominium where condition can vary considerably from unit to unit.

Built for eastern Bangkok

The project makes the most sense for buyers whose daily life already sits around Ram Inthra, Kaset-Nawamin and Bangkok's eastern road network, particularly drivers. It is not a classic central rail-oriented condominium. That distinction matters: the same address can be practical for one household and frustrating for another depending on where work, school and family trips actually happen.

About the project

Chambers Ramintra is a completed SC Asset condominium in the Ram Inthra area of north-eastern Bangkok. Its most practical differentiator is space rather than novelty. SC Asset's own filing with Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission describes three seven-storey buildings with 152 units ranging from 45 to 96.75 sqm. That makes the original layouts relatively generous by the standards of many later mass-market Bangkok projects. A buyer looking at Chambers Ramintra today is therefore usually trading a newer completion date for more usable floor area and a mature, already-operating building.

The development sits on roughly 4 rai and 23 square wah. SC Asset's filing records construction starting in March 2013 and completion in 2014, with a historical project value of about THB 600 million and original selling prices of THB 2.3-6.0 million per unit. Those launch-era numbers should not be treated as today's market. The project now functions as a resale condominium, so value depends on the actual apartment: renovation quality, building and floor, outlook, furniture, ownership status, seller position and the physical condition of both the unit and common areas.

There is meaningful resale liquidity rather than a token listing or two. DDproperty currently shows a broad pool of sale listings and several rental listings. A fresh listing posted at the end of August 2026 offered a 45.27 sqm one-bedroom unit at THB 1.8 million, while two-bedroom options were also appearing from the high-THB 2 million range upward. These are asking prices, not guaranteed transaction prices, and the cheapest unit may have condition or legal factors that explain the discount. The benefit for a buyer is choice: multiple apartments can be compared within the same project instead of taking one seller's presentation at face value.

Current mapping and resale sources place the condominium at 66 Ratchada-Ramintra Road, Ram Inthra, Khan Na Yao, Bangkok 10230. SC Asset's older regulatory filing described the location as Kanchanaphisek Road, which can look inconsistent when historical documents are compared with modern map labels. The evidence still points to the same project. For a viewing or delivery, the current street address and the project name are the more practical references, while the older road description remains useful when checking archival documentation.

The original unit programme was straightforward: one-bedroom layouts around 45 sqm, two-bedroom units at 64.75-73 sqm, and three-bedroom units at 94.75-96.75 sqm. Those figures are repeated across established project profiles. Today's resale inventory is less tidy. Listings include two-bedroom apartments around 58 sqm and others above 80 sqm, while some three-bedroom listings are around 107 sqm. That may reflect combinations, alterations, different area descriptions or listing errors. A buyer should therefore use the title deed and the unit's registered plan as the controlling reference rather than assuming that every resale apartment must fit the original marketing range.

The common facilities are conventional but broad enough for day-to-day residential use: a swimming pool, fitness room, library, multipurpose space, sauna, landscaped areas, lifts, parking, controlled access, CCTV and 24-hour security. Older project reviews reported 152 parking spaces, matching the number of residential units before tandem parking. That is useful context for a car-oriented Bangkok location, but it does not mean that every owner automatically receives an individually assigned bay. Current juristic-person rules, visitor parking and any restrictions on long-term vehicle use need to be checked with the building management.

A twelve-year-old completed condominium should be judged differently from a new launch. The advantage is visibility: buyers can inspect the actual lift condition, pool, gardens, corridors, security operation and building maintenance rather than relying on renderings. The trade-off is that ageing systems and future capital expenditure matter more. Two apartments in the same building can also have very different renovation histories. For Chambers Ramintra, an inspection of the selected unit and common property is not a formality; it is part of the pricing decision.

This is not a central-Bangkok, step-out-of-the-lobby rail project. Its location works best for people whose daily geography already includes Ram Inthra, Kaset-Nawamin and the eastern side of the city, particularly if they drive. The project has access to Ratchada-Ramintra and connections toward the eastern ring-road network, with established shopping and services across the wider district. Someone commuting every day to Silom, Sathorn or lower Sukhumvit mainly by public transport should test the real door-to-door journey at peak times rather than relying on a generic 'near transit' label.

Foreign ownership is possible in principle because the development is a registered freehold condominium, but eligibility is unit-specific. Thai law caps foreign freehold ownership at 49% of the total unit area in a condominium. Some current resale listings at Chambers Ramintra are explicitly marketed as foreign-quota units, which shows that such stock can exist, but an advertisement is not sufficient evidence for transfer. Before paying a material deposit, the buyer should obtain confirmation from the condominium juristic person that the selected unit can be transferred within the foreign quota and verify the seller's title and outstanding building charges.

The project is therefore easier to understand as a space-and-value resale choice than as an investment story. There is no construction risk left to underwrite, but there is unit-selection risk: condition, road exposure, building position, renovation spend, ownership eligibility and management quality all matter. A well-kept apartment in the right building position can be a very different purchase from a cheaper unit needing substantial work. The wide active listing pool is useful because it gives the buyer leverage to compare those differences rather than anchoring on one headline price.

The source record also shows why project-level databases should not be treated as title documents. PropertyHub's current profile lists one building, while SC Asset's primary filing and DDproperty both state three. Historical layout ranges do not capture every size shown in today's resale advertisements, and published common-area fees also differ between platforms. None of these discrepancies undermines the identity of Chambers Ramintra, but they do define the due-diligence boundary. The final decision should be based on the chosen unit's registered documents, the condominium juristic person's current statements and an on-site inspection, not on whichever portal has the cleanest project card.

Ownership format

The project is a registered condominium with freehold unit ownership. A foreign buyer can take freehold title only within the statutory foreign quota, capped at 49% of the condominium's total unit area. Quota availability for the selected unit must be confirmed by the condominium juristic person before the ownership transfer is registered.

Unit types & sizes

1 bedroom
around 45 sqm in the original range; a current resale listing is 45.27 sqm

Even the smallest original format is relatively generous for a one-bedroom Bangkok condominium. A 45.27 sqm resale unit was listed at THB 1.8 million at the end of August 2026. The selected apartment still needs a unit-level check for condition, outlook, building position and foreign-quota eligibility.

From THB 1.8M in a listing posted 31 Aug 2026
2 bedrooms
64.75–73 sqm in the original project profiles

The original 64.75-73 sqm range is repeated across established project profiles, but current resale stock also shows two-bedroom units from roughly 58 sqm to above 80 sqm. The registered unit documents should therefore control the area check rather than either the old marketing range or a portal listing alone.

3 bedrooms
94.75–96.75 sqm in the original project profiles

This was the largest standard format in the original programme and offers a scale closer to a substantial family apartment. Current resale portals also show three-bedroom units around 107 sqm, outside the historical range. Before comparing prices, the buyer should establish whether that reflects a different registered configuration, a combined unit or simply the way a particular listing reports area.

The 45 sqm / 64.75-73 sqm / 94.75-96.75 sqm figures describe the original unit programme repeated by established project sources. Today's resale listings show additional sizes, so the title deed and registered plan of the selected unit should be treated as the controlling evidence for area. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Location

  • The condominium is on Ratchada-Ramintra Road in Ram Inthra, Khan Na Yao, in north-eastern Bangkok.
  • Its road network is oriented around Ratchada-Ramintra, Kaset-Nawamin and connections toward the eastern ring road, which is most relevant to households already travelling across this side of the city.
  • SC Asset's older filing used a different road description from current maps; for an on-site viewing, the practical reference is 66 Ratchada-Ramintra Road.
  • This is an established, occupied neighbourhood rather than a location dependent on future completion of the project itself, with existing services and an active resale market around the building.

Price & purchase terms

  • Current price: From THB 1.8M based on a DDproperty resale listing posted on 31 August 2026 for a 45.27 sqm one-bedroom unit. This is a lower secondary-market anchor rather than a project-wide fixed price; the chosen unit, condition, availability and transaction terms need to be checked separately.
  • Completed: 2014

We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: Buyers who value interior space more than a recent completion year. The original one-bedroom format is around 45 sqm and the family layouts are materially larger than many newer mass-market Bangkok units.; People who prefer a completed building with visible operating history. The actual common areas, lifts, parking environment, road noise and unit condition can be inspected before a commitment is made.; Households whose work, schools or family routines are already concentrated around Ram Inthra, Kaset-Nawamin and north-eastern Bangkok, particularly those who drive regularly.; Resale buyers who are comfortable comparing several real apartments and using differences in renovation, floor, building position and condition as part of the negotiation rather than buying a standardised developer product.; may not suit: Buyers whose first requirement is a newly completed building with fresh systems and developer-era warranties. Chambers Ramintra dates from 2014, so present condition matters more than original specifications.; People who want a central Bangkok lifestyle built around walking directly to a rail station every day. Here, convenience depends much more on the actual journey and, for many households, on driving.; Buyers who do not want unit-level legal due diligence. A resale purchase requires checks on seller title, outstanding juristic-person charges, foreign quota availability and the apartment's registered area..

What we confirm before booking

A short, specific to the project list. We request these from the developer and go through them with you before any payment.

  • the legal entity in the SPA and the payee’s bank details
  • the title format and what is registered against the unit
  • the contractual handover date in the SPA — the page shows the date from the project’s materials
  • the contractual area of the chosen unit, and which basis it is measured on

Disputed and unknown information

This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.

  • Building count conflicts across databases: SC Asset's primary SEC filing and DDproperty confirm three seven-storey buildings, while PropertyHub's current profile lists one. The registry record uses the primary-source figure of three buildings.
  • Some current resale listings fall outside the original published unit-size ranges, including two-bedroom units around 58-83 sqm and three-bedroom units around 107 sqm. Without the selected unit's registered documents, it is not possible to determine whether this reflects alterations, combinations, a different area convention or listing error.
  • Published common charges are inconsistent: FazWaz shows about THB 50/sqm per month while PropertyHub states THB 55/sqm, and older sources also differ on the sinking-fund figure. The buyer should obtain the current rate and a no-arrears statement directly from the condominium juristic person before transfer.
