Why this project is worth a look
BTS at the door
Different portals place Chong Nonsi BTS roughly 80–210 metres away depending on the mapping point. In day-to-day terms, the station is immediately beside the complex, reducing reliance on a car and making the address straightforward for residents who work in Silom or Sathorn. The exact unit should still be checked for road noise and exposure.
Large-format homes
The current resale market is centred on two- and three-bedroom apartments, many of them substantially larger than the compact layouts common in newer mass-market towers. That can suit families, couples needing a home office or buyers who value a proper living area. The trade-off is a higher absolute purchase and holding cost.
Visible resale market
The building has a substantial flow of sale and rental advertisements across major portals. Listings are often duplicated by different agents, but there is enough stock to compare floor, condition, view and asking price. That improves price discovery, although advertisement volume is not the same thing as guaranteed liquidity.
Traceable project team
Golden Land, Palmer and Turner and Bouygues-Thai are all tied to the development through corporate or contractor records rather than broker copy alone. That is useful provenance for an older building. The same historical records also conflict with today's databases on floor and unit counts, so the documentary trail should be read critically rather than treated as a single perfect source.
A finished product
A buyer can inspect the actual lobby, lifts, common facilities, façade and apartment instead of buying a promise. The other side of that advantage is that maintenance history, reserve funding, planned capital works and the condominium juristic person's accounts now matter more than developer incentives or a launch payment plan.
About the project
The Infinity is an established high-rise condominium in Si Lom beside Chong Nonsi BTS, at the edge of Bangkok's Silom–Sathorn business district. That makes it a very different purchase from an off-plan launch. A buyer can inspect the actual building, common areas, lifts, access, views and a specific apartment rather than relying on renderings and promises about what the neighbourhood may become. The trade-off is that an older completed building has a different due-diligence agenda. Management quality, major-repair history, building systems, reserve funds, common-area condition and the condominium juristic person's finances matter more than launch incentives. Those items are not fully disclosed in the public project databases, so the sensible comparison is not simply The Infinity versus a new tower on price per square metre; it is the actual unit plus the condition and governance of the building that comes with it.
Most current project databases describe one 40-storey tower with 108 residential units. The secondary market is dominated by large two- and three-bedroom apartments, while project directories also identify duplexes and penthouses. Active inventory on 30 September 2026 starts at THB 18.9 million and stretches to around THB 80 million. That range is too wide to treat a building average as a valuation shortcut. Floor, outlook, renovation standard, furniture, layout, urgency of the seller and foreign-quota status can move the asking price materially. A lower-priced 90–102 sqm two-bedroom and a renovated high-floor three-bedroom are not interchangeable products simply because they share the same address.

The location is the part of the proposition that needs the least interpretation. Different maps and listings place Chong Nonsi BTS roughly 80–210 metres away depending on the point used. The exact figure varies, but the practical conclusion does not: the station is immediately beside the complex. Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Road also connects directly into Sathorn Road and the central business district, with the central road network also providing access toward Bangkok's main expressways. That is useful for an owner who works in Sathorn or Silom or relies on the BTS network. The same central-city setting can bring traffic, road noise and urban exposure, so the view direction and floor of the exact unit deserve an evening as well as a daytime inspection.
The development history is unusually well documented for an older Bangkok resale building. Current databases credit Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited as developer. A 2012 Golden Land filing identifies The Infinity as a residential condominium and lists North Sathorn Realty Co., Ltd. as the project operator at that time; the same filing names Palmer and Turner as architect. Bouygues-Thai states that it carried out the architectural and structural construction works between 2005 and 2007. Golden Land was later acquired by Frasers Property Thailand. That corporate lineage is useful background, but it should not be confused with the building's present-day condominium management. A resale buyer should still review the current juristic-person records and the maintenance condition of the specific property.
There is one historical inconsistency that should remain visible. Most current project databases converge on 108 units and 40 floors. Older first-party and contractor material does not: Golden Land's 2012 filing refers to 123 rooms in a 33-storey building, while Bouygues-Thai describes a construction contract for 123 units and 36 storeys plus a five-level parking podium. That could reflect design changes, a difference between residential floors and total building levels, or the distinction between construction scope and the final registered condominium. The public sources reviewed here do not include the final registered condominium schedule that reconciles the numbers. We therefore use 108 units and 40 floors as the current operating-market profile and keep the older figures as an explicit verification point.
Foreign ownership also needs to be handled at unit level. Current project databases describe The Infinity as a freehold condominium. Under Thailand's condominium rules, foreign buyers can register condominium ownership in their own name only within the statutory foreign quota, capped at 49% of the total condominium unit area in the building. Current inventory includes apartments explicitly offered for foreign freehold, so eligible stock can appear in the building. That does not mean every apartment is eligible at the same time. The selected unit still needs a current quota confirmation from the condominium juristic person before transfer, together with the normal evidence for incoming foreign funds where applicable.
The building has a deep secondary-market footprint, although listing counts should not be mistaken for unique stock or guaranteed liquidity. Major portals each show substantial sale and rental inventory, although the number of advertisements varies widely by platform. Duplicate agency listings are common. For a buyer, the useful point is that there is enough visible inventory to compare size, floor, fit-out, view and asking level instead of relying on one seller's narrative. Portal calculations currently put gross rental yield around the high-2% to roughly 3% range on their samples. That is not a promised return and not a net yield: vacancy, agent fees, common charges, maintenance, refurbishment and taxes are not handled uniformly across those calculations. The Infinity makes more sense as an established large-format central Bangkok residence with an observable resale market than as a yield product with a headline percentage.
Ownership format
The building is marketed as a freehold condominium. A foreign buyer can register a unit in their own name only while the building remains within Thailand's foreign-ownership quota of up to 49% of the total condominium unit area; the selected unit requires a current quota certificate from the condominium juristic person. Current listings include units offered for foreign freehold, but that does not establish quota availability for every unit.
Unit types & sizes
The most visible segment of The Infinity's resale market. September 2026 inventory includes roughly 90–102 sqm units near the lower end of the asking range and larger examples around 140 sqm. Renovation and fit-out vary widely, so size alone does not explain the price.
Large family apartments form a meaningful part of the resale market and sit well above two-bedroom units in absolute price. Current listings commonly show homes around 220–240 sqm, with larger examples also appearing in the market. View, floor, fit-out and foreign-ownership eligibility can matter as much as size.
Duplexes are identified in project descriptions, but no reliable current catalogue of original layouts and sizes was found. A duplex should therefore be assessed from the specific registered plan and seller documentation rather than a generic project range.
Penthouses appear as a separate project type, but public sources do not provide a stable current range of original sizes or asking prices. For a rare large unit, confirm whether the layout has been combined or altered since the original completion.
No current official catalogue of original layouts was found. The two- and three-bedroom size ranges above come from active resale inventory and describe the market at the research date, not the building's complete original floor-plan schedule. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 18.9M in active secondary-market inventory as of 30 Sep 2026. This is a lower market anchor, not a NovAsia price; the specific unit, condition, availability, ownership status and transaction terms need separate confirmation.
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. For a resale unit, confirm the current price, availability and payment terms with its seller or authorised representative before payment.

- Current databases converge on 108 units and 40 floors, while Golden Land and Bouygues-Thai material refers to 123 units and 33–36 storeys. The final registered condominium schedule that reconciles the discrepancy was not found in the public sources reviewed.
- Completion timing varies by source: FazWaz and DDproperty state December 2007, while PropertyHub, PropertyScout and CTBUH use 2008. The building is clearly completed; the exact registration/completion date should be checked against the legal building records.
- Current foreign-quota availability, the recurring common-area fee and the condominium juristic person's financial records were not publicly available in a transaction-ready form; they need to be requested for the selected unit.
