Why this project is worth a look
Lower Thong Lo entry
Small resale units currently start around THB 3.7M, giving buyers a Thong Lo address at a materially lower ticket than many new premium launches. The trade-off is that the cheapest unit is not representative of the whole building: floor, renovation, condition and seller circumstances have a major impact on value.
More generous layouts
Noble Solo includes more than compact studios. The resale market regularly shows one-bedroom homes in the 50–70 sqm range and larger two-bedroom formats, which can appeal to buyers who value usable internal space over new-build specification. Comparison still needs to be unit by unit rather than based on a project average.
A proven resale building
The building is long completed, so buyers can inspect the actual apartment, common areas, lifts, views and traffic pattern instead of relying on a future delivery promise. The other side of that advantage is age: maintenance history and the condition of both the unit and shared systems matter more than they would in a newly handed-over condominium.
Thong Lo, not BTS-front
The project carries a Thong Lo address but sits about 1.9 km from the BTS. It makes more sense for residents comfortable with cars, taxis or motorcycles and who value access to the northern side of the neighbourhood. A buyer seeking a short daily walk to the train should treat this as a genuine drawback.
Documents beat portal data
Public sources disagree on a basic project statistic, publishing either 414 or 572 total units. That is a useful warning for any resale purchase: the selected unit's title, foreign-quota status and current juristic-person records deserve more weight than a copied project profile.
About the project
Noble Solo is a completed high-rise condominium by Noble Development in the northern part of Thong Lo, at 988 Sukhumvit 55 near Soi Thong Lo 20. It is not an off-plan launch and there is no new-build sales story to evaluate. The building has operated as a lived-in condominium for years, and most available stock is now resale. That shifts due diligence away from launch brochures and toward the individual unit: title, foreign-quota eligibility, physical condition, renovation quality, view, floor, seller terms and the way the juristic person is managing the building all matter more than the original marketing concept.
The project is a single 24-storey tower, but the published unit count is materially inconsistent. A legal disclosure reproduced on the legacy project page refers to condominium registration 24/2552 and states 408 residential units plus six commercial units, or 414 in total. DDproperty, FazWaz, Dot Property and several other portals instead publish 572 units. Those numbers should not be averaged or quietly harmonised. This dossier uses 414 as the primary figure because it comes from the legal disclosure, while retaining 572 as an unresolved conflict that should be checked against a current juristic-person certificate or official registration record before publication or transaction-level reliance.

The layout mix is one of the more practical reasons to look at Noble Solo today. FazWaz describes studios of roughly 30–52 sqm, one-bedroom units of 41–85 sqm, two-bedroom units of 79–104 sqm and a three-bedroom type around 103 sqm. Current resale inventory supports the broader point that the building contains very different unit sizes: active listings range from compact homes around 32–35 sqm to one-bedroom units in the 45–75 sqm band and larger two-bedroom homes around 84–104 sqm. Portal labels are not perfectly consistent, though, and some 32–35 sqm units appear under both studio and one-bedroom filters. For a specific purchase, the registered plan and title matter more than the listing category.
The address is recognisably Thong Lo, but this is not a station-front condominium. FazWaz places Thong Lo BTS at roughly 1.9 km. Noble Solo sits toward the northern end of the street, closer to the Phetchaburi side of the neighbourhood, with Camillian Hospital and the wider Thong Lo dining and retail cluster nearby. That location can work well for residents who use a car, taxi or motorcycle and value road access across upper Thong Lo. It is less compelling for a buyer whose daily routine depends on a very short walk to the BTS, and that trade-off should be priced into the decision rather than glossed over by the neighbourhood name.
Entry pricing on the resale market is substantially below many newer Thong Lo launches. In late September 2026 DDproperty showed an active 35 sqm studio at THB 3.7M, while PropertyHub carried several small units around THB 3.75–3.9M. Those figures are useful as a lower market anchor, not as a representative price for the whole building. A compact studio, a 50-plus-sqm one-bedroom and an 80-plus-sqm two-bedroom are different products even when they share the same address. Unit condition and tenancy status can also move pricing materially, so a buyer should compare like with like rather than treating the project's lowest advertised number as a universal entry price.
Project profiles list a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room, children's area, garden, barbecue space, library or multipurpose space, lobby, parking, on-site commercial premises and 24-hour security. FazWaz places the pool, gym and children's zone on the fifth floor. Because the building was completed in 2010, the existence of an amenity is only half the question. The more useful checks are its present condition, lift performance, parking operation, maintenance quality, major-repair history and the finances of the condominium juristic person. Those items need building-level documents and an on-site inspection; they cannot be established reliably from a portal profile alone.
Ownership format
Units are held on a condominium freehold basis. A foreign buyer can register freehold title in their own name only if foreign quota remains available: foreign ownership may not exceed 49% of the total unit area in the registered condominium. Quota availability has to be confirmed for the specific unit before transfer.
Unit types & sizes
The lowest current entry prices are concentrated in smaller units, with active resale listings around 32–35 sqm. They can work as practical city homes for one person, but storage, kitchen layout, renovation condition and the registered plan deserve a close look because portals do not always label these units consistently.
This is the broadest segment of Noble Solo's resale inventory. Current listings commonly appear around 45 sqm, 52–55 sqm, 67 sqm and 70–75 sqm, so two one-bedroom units can feel and price very differently. Like-for-like comparison should focus on size, floor, view and condition rather than bedroom count alone.
The core project range is already family-sized, and current resale stock includes units around 84–104 sqm. Some listings advertise even larger two-bedroom homes, but those should not be treated as a standard layout without checking the registered plan. At this size, the condition of bathrooms, kitchen, mechanical systems and renovation work can materially change the real acquisition cost.
Three-bedroom stock is much less common than studios and one-bedroom units. Larger resale listings do exist, so the project-level size guide should not be applied automatically to a specific apartment; the title and registered floor area should be checked directly.
Layout ranges come from the FazWaz project profile. Current listings include 32–35 sqm units that different portals sometimes classify as studios and sometimes as one-bedroom apartments. For a transaction, the specific unit type and area should be checked against the registered plan and title rather than a portal filter. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 3.7M based on an active DDproperty resale listing published on 24 September 2026. This is a lower secondary-market reference point, not a developer price; availability, unit condition, ownership eligibility and transaction terms need to be checked for the specific unit.
- Completed: 2010
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: A buyer who wants a Thong Lo address but values entry price more than having a brand-new building and is comfortable buying on the resale market.; Someone who prioritises usable internal space: Noble Solo offers noticeably larger one- and two-bedroom options than many newer compact developments.; Residents who are comfortable using a car, taxi or motorcycle and do not require a BTS station within a few minutes' walk.; A buyer willing to inspect the specific unit and verify title, foreign-quota eligibility, renovation condition and juristic-person records before committing.; A long-term rental investor who values an established residential neighbourhood and an active resale market, without relying on a developer-guaranteed return.; may not suit: Buyers who specifically want a new building, fresh common-area specification and a developer warranty with little operating history.; Anyone for whom a short daily walk to Thong Lo BTS is a non-negotiable requirement.; Buyers looking for a standardised developer payment plan and uniform unit condition: Noble Solo is a resale building where each apartment needs separate assessment..

Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- A legal disclosure on the legacy project page states 408 residential and six commercial units, 414 in total. DDproperty, FazWaz, Dot Property and other portals publish 572. This dossier uses 414 because it comes from the legal disclosure; the discrepancy should be closed with current registration data or a certificate from the condominium juristic person.
- FazWaz reports a common-area fee of THB 40 per sqm per month and names QPM as the management company, but no current 2026 juristic-person document confirming that rate was found in the public sources reviewed.
- Current foreign-quota availability is not published for individual resale units. A listing describing a unit as freehold does not by itself prove that the unit can be registered to a foreign buyer under foreign quota on the transfer date.
