Why this project is worth a look

A real BTS link

The address does not require a generous interpretation of “near Thong Lo.” Noble Remix sits by BTS Thong Lo and is widely documented as having a direct or covered connection to the station. That is a practical advantage for both owner-occupiers and long-term tenants because daily mobility is easy to understand before anyone visits the unit. The same location also means exposure to a busy part of Sukhumvit, so buyers should compare actual orientation, glazing and floor level instead of assuming every apartment enjoys the same acoustic comfort.

Resale depth

With 504 units in the original tower and a long trading history, Noble Remix usually offers multiple resale and rental choices at the same time. That gives a buyer useful internal comparables: one can contrast renovated and unrenovated units, lower and higher floors, and different sizes without changing address. A deep listing pool is not the same thing as guaranteed liquidity, but it does make pricing easier to interrogate. It also exposes the building’s quality spread, which is why unit inspection matters more here than a single project-wide review score.

Space at central-Bangkok scale

The building includes more than compact one-bedroom stock. Public records and current listings show larger two- and three-bedroom apartments, including family-sized units well above 100 sqm. That can be attractive to buyers who want direct BTS access without accepting the very small layouts common in some newer launches. The caution is that bedroom labels are not standardised across resale portals. Large outliers may be duplexes, combined units or atypical plans, so the title deed and measured area of the selected apartment should take precedence over the database category.

You can inspect the history

An older completed condominium replaces construction risk with operating-history risk. The useful questions are visible and documentable: how the common areas have aged, what major works have been completed, whether reserve funds are adequate, how the juristic office is run and whether the chosen unit has outstanding fees. This is a more grounded form of due diligence than relying on launch brochures. At Noble Remix, the present building condition and management record can materially affect value even when two apartments have the same size and floor.

About the project

Noble Remix is best understood as a mature resale building whose strongest asset is physical access to Bangkok’s transit network. The original project is the 33-storey tower at Sukhumvit Road and Soi Sukhumvit 36, with 504 residential units. A separate 11-storey phase, Noble Remix 2, sits alongside it with 152 units. Many listing databases merge the two and publish a combined 656-unit profile, which is why online records often disagree on floor counts, completion dates and unit mixes. The original 33-storey Noble Remix should therefore be treated as a separate asset; that distinction matters when you are checking the juristic office, common areas, unit title and the actual building in which a resale apartment sits.

The transit connection is unusually practical. Noble Remix is positioned by BTS Thong Lo rather than merely being somewhere in the wider Thonglor district, and several long-running project profiles describe a direct or covered link between the building and the station. For a resident who commutes along Sukhumvit, that can remove the short but frustrating last-mile trip that defines many otherwise central Bangkok addresses. The trade-off is equally concrete: this is a busy urban frontage. A buyer should therefore judge the actual apartment for orientation, glazing condition, noise exposure and outlook rather than assuming that every unit benefits equally from the location.

Because the building is completed and traded on the secondary market, the due-diligence priorities are different from a new launch. There is no developer payment plan to analyse and no construction delivery risk to price in. Instead, value depends on the condition of the selected apartment, the building’s maintenance record, the condominium juristic person, reserve funding and the quality of past capital works. Public profiles consistently show the core amenity set: swimming pool, gym, landscaped common areas, steam facilities, parking, lobby, CCTV, security and controlled access, with the principal leisure facilities reported on the fifth floor. Those amenities are relevant, but their present condition is more important than their presence on an old specification sheet.

The unit stock is broad. Market databases and live listings show compact studios and one-bedroom units alongside much larger two- and three-bedroom apartments. Some published two-bedroom ranges extend to unusually large sizes, which suggests that atypical layouts, combined units or upper-end stock may be grouped under the same bedroom label. That makes headline price comparisons unreliable. A THB 5–6 million apartment and a substantially more expensive two-bedroom can both be “Noble Remix” while representing very different usable space, renovation quality, floor position and views. For this building, unit-level comparison is essential.

Foreign ownership also needs to be checked at unit level. Thailand permits foreign freehold in a registered condominium only within the statutory foreign-ownership quota, capped at 49% of the condominium’s total unit area. The quota is not a permanent feature of an advertisement: it can change as transfers occur. A foreign buyer should therefore treat “freehold” in a listing as a starting point and obtain the juristic person’s confirmation for the selected unit before transfer. Noble Remix can make sense for someone who values immediate BTS access and an established resale market, but it should be approached as an older building with a wide quality spread between individual apartments, not as a uniform product.

Ownership format

A foreign buyer can take condominium freehold only while the selected unit can be transferred within the building’s foreign-ownership quota, which is capped at 49% of the condominium’s total unit area. Quota availability must be confirmed for the specific unit before transfer.

Unit types & sizes

Studios
Approximately 41–51 sqm

A compact option for single occupancy or long-term rental near the BTS. Current listings also show units around 39–41 sqm, so the legal area and exact layout of the selected apartment should be checked from its title documents.

1 bedroom
Approximately 38–68 sqm

The most visible segment of the resale market. The size spread is meaningful, so a compact one-bedroom and a large corner unit can behave like different products in both pricing and rental demand.

2 bedrooms
Approximately 65–249 sqm

The published range is unusually broad and includes very large outliers. A sensible comparison should use several live units of similar size rather than treating the top end as a standard two-bedroom plan.

3 bedrooms
Approximately 121–142 sqm in project databases; larger resale units also appear

A family-sized format with a materially higher purchase and ownership budget. Because resale databases disagree on upper sizes, the original configuration and legal area should be confirmed from the unit documents.

Area ranges come from public project databases and current resale stock. Some portals merge Noble Remix with Noble Remix 2, so the building, unit title and actual floor plan of the selected apartment take precedence over database ranges. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Location

  • At Sukhumvit Road and the entrance to Soi Sukhumvit 36 in Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei.
  • Multiple independent project profiles describe a direct or covered connection to BTS Thong Lo.
  • The building sits on a major central-Bangkok transport corridor; that is excellent for mobility, while noise and window orientation still need unit-level checking.
  • Thonglor and Ekkamai provide an established mix of retail, dining and daily services, with additional convenience retail in the building itself.

Price & purchase terms

  • Current price: From THB 5.5M in a PropertyHub listing for a 42 sqm apartment on the 29th floor, refreshed on 14 September 2026. The floor level clearly places this unit in the original 33-storey Noble Remix rather than the 11-storey Noble Remix 2. This is the lowest identity-clean resale anchor found for the correct building, not a project-wide price; the exact unit, title structure, condition, availability and final terms still need to be checked separately.

We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: Buyers who put walkable BTS access ahead of having a brand-new building and want to reduce dependence on cars for central-Bangkok trips.; Resale buyers who are comfortable choosing at unit level: comparing renovation quality, floor, orientation, title, fees and the building’s management record.; Households that value larger central-Sukhumvit layouts and are willing to trade building age for space and location.; Long-term rental investors who want a clear transit story and a deep pool of same-building comparables, while underwriting each apartment after recurring costs rather than relying on project-wide yield claims.; Foreign buyers prepared to confirm the statutory foreign quota and transfer documentation for the selected unit before committing.; may not suit: Someone who specifically wants a primary-market purchase, fresh building systems and a new-project warranty history; Noble Remix is an established resale condominium.; A buyer unwilling to inspect the apartment and review building management. In an older condominium, unit condition and shared systems can vary materially.; Anyone looking for one simple project-wide price. The spread in size, renovation quality and apartment type is too wide for an average figure to replace unit-by-unit comparison..

What we confirm before booking

A short, project-specific list. We request these from the developer and go through them with you before any payment.

  • the legal entity in the SPA and the payee’s bank details
  • the title format and what is registered against the unit
  • the contractual area of the chosen unit, and which basis it is measured on

Disputed and unknown information

This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.

  • Public sources disagree on the original Noble Remix completion year, with 2007, 2008 and 2010 all appearing. Noble’s corporate reporting confirms ownership transfers in 2010 but does not provide one unambiguous construction-completion date; the building registration and the selected unit’s documents should be used to resolve the date for a transaction.
  • Many databases merge Noble Remix and Noble Remix 2 and publish 656 units across two buildings. The original Noble Remix is supported as a 33-storey, 504-unit tower; any resale listing should be checked for the correct building before purchase.
  • Foreign-quota availability is not a permanent attribute of a listing. The condominium juristic person must confirm that the selected unit can be transferred into foreign freehold at the time of the transaction.
