Why this project is worth a look
Vertical space matters
The duplex volume is the project’s real differentiator. A well-proportioned upper level can make a modest registered area feel substantially more usable, but a steep staircase or compromised headroom can turn the same concept into a daily inconvenience, so the individual layout matters more than the project label.
Resale is observable
Because the building is operating, buyers can inspect the actual common areas, compare multiple resale units and see real rental stock rather than rely on launch material. The trade-off is that due diligence shifts toward unit condition, owner debts, juristic-person finances and current maintenance.
A Ramintra base
The location makes most sense for daily life around Khan Na Yao, Ramintra, Fashion Island and Bangkok’s eastern districts. It is less automatically convenient for someone who commutes to the CBD every day, where route choice, transfer time and peak traffic become more important.
Unit pricing diverges
Current asks start around the low-THB-2M range, but there is no single meaningful “project price” on the resale market. Floor, fit-out, tenancy, registered area, upper-level usability and seller urgency can make two nominally similar one-bedroom units very different purchases.
Documents beat portals
Major databases disagree on floor count, unit count, completion timing and even the common-area fee. That makes the official unit title, juristic-person certificates and current building records more important than any portal profile when money is committed.
About the project
Blossom Condo @ Fashion Altitude is an established resale condominium in the Ramintra–Khan Na Yao part of Bangkok rather than a new-launch project. That shifts the buyer’s attention away from launch promises and toward the actual unit, the condominium juristic person, the building’s upkeep and recurring costs. The project is associated with Siamese Asset and sits around Soi Ramintra 64, close to the Fashion Island retail cluster and the Pink Line corridor.
Its most distinctive feature is the vertical volume inside many units. Somdoon Architects describes the design around a “Loft Space” concept with ceilings up to 4.2 metres, large windows and more than one internal level configuration. Resale listings reinforce that point: one-bedroom duplex apartments around 41–42 sqm appear regularly. The practical question is not whether the word “loft” sounds attractive, but whether the upper level has comfortable headroom, daylight, useful circulation and a staircase you are happy to live with every day.

The project data deserves more care than a quick portal lookup. Siamese Asset’s issuer disclosures show 326 units on a 2-0-17.7 rai plot, with construction reported at 100% by December 2016 and the sold stock transferred by June 2017. Large consumer portals commonly publish 300 units instead. Floor counts are even less consistent: 20, 22 and 23 all appear across well-known sources. This does not by itself suggest a problem with the building, but it does show why a portal profile should not be treated as a technical record.
For the registry record we use 22 floors and 326 units because those figures have stronger support from the developer’s corporate disclosure and specialist building data. Somdoon Architects calls the building 23 storeys, while DDproperty and PropertyHub use 20 floors. The difference may come from how mezzanine, roof or technical levels are counted, but that explanation is not documented well enough to present as a fact. For an actual purchase, the unit title, official floor numbering and juristic-person records are the documents that matter.
Pricing in October 2026 places the project in the more accessible part of Bangkok’s resale condominium market. PropertyHub showed an active 31.6 sqm one-bedroom listing at THB 2.05M refreshed on 2 October 2026, while DDproperty was showing several active units from around THB 2.19M upward. These are owner-to-owner resale asks, not a project price list. A low ask may reflect floor, condition, furnishings, tenancy, urgency or ownership structure, so it only becomes meaningful after the unit itself has been checked.
The open-market unit mix is also less uniform than the marketing shorthand suggests. PropertyHub lists one-bedroom layouts at 31.31–34.73 sqm and a two-bedroom layout at 45.80 sqm. Current and recent listings also show one-bedroom duplex units around 41–42 sqm, while the architect describes more than one internal-level configuration. A buyer should therefore compare the registered title area, the actual usable upper level and the approved layout instead of assuming that two units with the same bedroom count are equivalent.
Core facilities repeated across multiple sources include a swimming pool, gym, lobby, parking, passenger lifts, security, CCTV and access control; a rooftop garden is also consistently associated with the project. That is a solid amenity set for a high-rise condominium of this generation. The more important resale question is how well those spaces are maintained today and what owners are paying for them. Public project pages disagree on the common-area fee, quoting THB 40 and THB 45 per sqm, so the current juristic-person schedule and reserve position should override old portal data.
The address gives the project a clear east-Bangkok lifestyle rather than a central-CBD one. Soi Ramintra 64 links into Ram Inthra Road, with Fashion Island and The Promenade nearby, major road connections around the outer ring, and access to the Pink Line corridor. This can work well for buyers whose daily life is already concentrated in Ramintra, Khan Na Yao or surrounding districts. Someone commuting every day to central Bangkok should judge the project by their actual route and peak-hour travel pattern rather than by a generic “near transit” label.
For foreign buyers, the legal structure is straightforward in principle but still unit-specific in practice. Thai law allows foreign freehold ownership of condominium units only while foreign ownership remains within 49% of the building’s total unit area. Public sources do not publish the live foreign-quota position for Blossom Condo @ Fashion Altitude. A resale unit therefore needs a current quota confirmation and the normal transfer documents before a deposit is treated as safe.
The project’s appeal is ultimately quite specific: a completed building, relatively low resale entry prices, larger-feeling duplex interiors and a mature Ramintra location. Its limitations are just as specific. Data across portals is messy, unit layouts vary more than the bedroom label suggests, and an older completed building should be judged on present maintenance rather than launch-era specifications. It is a project where the building can make sense, but the quality of the purchase depends heavily on choosing the right individual apartment.
Ownership format
A foreign buyer may own a registered condominium unit freehold within the statutory 49% foreign-ownership quota measured by the total unit area of the building. Public sources do not confirm the current quota availability for a specific unit at Blossom Condo @ Fashion Altitude, so it needs to be checked before paying a deposit.
Unit types & sizes
The base range shown on the PropertyHub project profile. The resale market also contains one-bedroom duplex units around 41–42 sqm, so the registered area and treatment of the upper level should be checked for the selected unit.
The project profile lists a two-bedroom type at 45.80 sqm, while current resale and rental listings also show examples around 46–47 sqm. The selected unit’s title area should take priority over portal labels.
Public sources mix original project typologies with live resale inventory. That matters here because duplex units can be described differently depending on whether a portal is quoting registered title area or practical usable space. For a purchase, compare the title, approved plan and the unit as built. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 2.05M in an active PropertyHub resale listing refreshed on 2 October 2026. This is a lower secondary-market anchor, not a developer price; availability, unit condition, ownership status and the final negotiated price need to be checked for the specific apartment.
- Completed: 2016
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: Owner-occupiers who like duplex layouts and higher internal volume but do not need a newly completed building.; Buyers whose work, family or daily routine is centred on Ramintra, Khan Na Yao and east Bangkok.; Value-focused resale buyers working around the low-THB-2M entry point and willing to compare several individual units rather than buy from a single project price list.; Foreign buyers seeking freehold ownership who are prepared to verify live foreign-quota availability before paying a deposit.; may not suit: Buyers who specifically want a new launch with a single current price list, developer warranty and staged payment plan.; Someone prioritising a walkable central-Bangkok/CBD lifestyle.; A buyer who does not want to investigate the difference between title area and the practical configuration of a duplex upper level..

Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- Floor count conflicts: Siamese Asset disclosures and The Skyscraper Center support 22 floors, Somdoon Architects calls it 23 storeys, while DDproperty and PropertyHub use 20. The registry uses 22; the selected unit’s official floor numbering should be checked against title documents.
- Unit count conflicts: Siamese Asset issuer disclosures show 326 units, while DDproperty, PropertyHub and FazWaz commonly publish 300. The registry uses 326 because it comes from the developer’s corporate disclosure.
- Completion timing is inconsistent: Siamese Asset disclosures show construction at 100% by December 2016 and sold-unit transfers completed by June 2017, while portals label the project as completed in 2015 or 2017. The registry uses 2016 as the documented construction-complete point.
