Why this project is worth a look

Substantial shared space

The brochure allocates about 8,600 sqm to common areas, including roughly 3,000 sqm of landscaping and 2,700 sqm of pools. For a 564-unit project, that distribution is more meaningful than a long amenity checklist because work, children’s activities, exercise and quieter leisure are not all forced into one central zone.

A broad size ladder

The range starts at 26 sqm one-bedroom homes and extends to a 128 sqm three-bedroom penthouse. Buyers can consider Coralina for a compact holiday base or for substantially longer family stays without having to move to a different development.

Kamala, not beachfront

The project is close to Kamala’s beach district and everyday services but is not directly on the sand. That can suit buyers who value access to the neighbourhood and a larger internal site more than a literal beachfront position.

Family-use infrastructure

Children’s water play, a dedicated kids’ room, games space, multiple pools and larger apartment types give the project a credible family-use case. Building position still matters, particularly for anyone who wants to be either close to or deliberately away from the busiest activity areas.

Pet-friendly provision

The official brochure identifies Buildings A and B as pet-friendly and includes a Pet Club. That is a concrete differentiator, although the rules for a specific animal, unit and building need to be checked before reservation.

About the project

The Title Coralina Kamala is a new low-rise condominium by Rhom Bho Property in Kamala on Phuket’s west coast, currently being sold before completion. The official brochure shows eight seven-storey residential buildings on a site of roughly 18,110 sqm, plus a separate facilities and parking building. There are 564 residential units and five commercial units in Building A. That scale matters more than the headline amenity list: Coralina is designed as a multi-building residential compound rather than a small boutique block. A buyer should therefore compare not only floor plans and prices but also where a unit sits within the master plan, how close it is to the main pools and activity areas, what it faces, and whether it is in one of the buildings designated for residents with pets.

The unit mix is unusually broad for a resort-area low-rise project. Official materials list one-bedroom homes from 26–44 sqm, larger one-bedroom-plus layouts of 46–49 sqm, two-bedroom homes of 64–68 sqm, and two-bedroom-plus layouts of 98–107 sqm. Penthouse options then extend the range further: two-bedroom penthouses at 71–72 sqm, larger two-bedroom penthouse-plus layouts at 91–122 sqm, and a three-bedroom penthouse of 128 sqm. In practical terms, Coralina is not limited to compact investor stock. It can serve a single resident or couple at the entry end and a family looking for substantially more living space at the upper end. The public official materials do not provide a verified net internal area for each type, so buyers should compare the actual unit plan and dimensions rather than treating the advertised gross area as a complete description of usable space.

A large part of the proposition is the common-area programme. The official brochure gives approximately 8,600 sqm of shared space, including about 3,000 sqm of landscaped green area, around 2,700 sqm of pools and roughly 2,700 sqm of other facilities. Outdoors, the plan includes a children’s pool and waterscape, a 30-metre lap pool, shallow relaxation pools, a pool bar, whirlpool and hydrotherapy areas, a co-living pavilion and landscaped garden features. Indoors, there is a coworking room, library, reading room, private meeting room, shared kitchen, games area, children’s room, laundry, fitness and yoga space, steam room and sauna. This is useful for buyers who expect to spend meaningful time at home: work, exercise and family time can all be accommodated without relying on a single multipurpose lobby or one central pool.

The trade-off is density. With 564 residences, Coralina should not be confused with a quiet 40- or 60-unit boutique building. The master plan distributes amenities across the site, which helps avoid having every activity in one place, but the exact building and orientation become more important. Someone who works from home may value easy access to Building A’s coworking and shared kitchen; a family may care more about the children’s and games areas associated with Building H; another buyer may prefer to be farther from the busiest social zones. The official plan also places the clubhouse and parking functions in a separate building. Those distinctions are worth studying before choosing a unit because two apartments with similar internal layouts can feel quite different once everyday circulation and noise are taken into account.

Coralina sits in Kamala, Kathu District, with the developer’s map pin on Route 4233, the road connecting Kamala and Patong. The official location list places Sunwing / Sunprime Kamala Beach about 300 metres away, Wattanapat Hospital at 450 metres, Phuket FantaSea at 500 metres, Big C and McDonald’s at roughly 1 kilometre, Tops at 1.1 kilometres, Cafe del Mar and Villa Market at 1.2 kilometres, InterContinental at 1.4 kilometres and Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort at 2.5 kilometres. These distances are useful orientation points rather than a promise of an effortless walk. Phuket road conditions, crossings, heat and the precise pedestrian route can matter as much as straight-line distance. Coralina is close to Kamala’s beach zone, but it is not a beachfront building with the sand directly outside the lobby.

Pet ownership is one of the more distinctive practical details. The official brochure specifically marks Buildings A and B as pet-friendly and includes a Pet Club among the facilities. FazWaz describes the policy more broadly and states that different types of pets are allowed in the project. Those two statements should not be treated as interchangeable. If living with an animal is essential, the correct process is to select a unit in an eligible building and then obtain the current condominium rules covering species or size limits, lift and common-area use, registration requirements and any applicable charges. The presence of designated pet-friendly buildings is meaningful, but the binding house rules will determine whether a particular pet and lifestyle actually fit.

For an overseas buyer, ownership needs to be checked at unit level. Thai condominium law allows qualifying foreign buyers to own units freehold within the foreign quota, capped at 49% of the aggregate unit area of the condominium. Current Coralina listings include both foreign-quota freehold and leasehold stock, so a generic statement that the project is available to foreigners is not enough. Before paying a reservation, the buyer should see the ownership form attached to the exact unit number and ensure that the contract reflects it. A freehold purchase also involves the usual documentary requirements around foreign currency remittance and land-office registration. Those transaction mechanics are deal-specific and should be verified against the current contract rather than inferred from a sales listing.

As of 16 August 2026, both FazWaz and DDproperty show a current project-level entry point of about THB 3.99 million. Older and private-sale advertisements can be found below that level, but they are not a reliable starting price for primary stock because they may represent an assignment, resale, promotional unit or an offer that is no longer available. FazWaz also publishes a common-area fee of about THB 85 per sqm per month and a one-off sinking-fund contribution of about THB 850 per sqm. These are useful budgeting signals, not substitutes for the latest developer contract or juristic-person schedule. The meaningful comparison is the all-in cost of a specific unit, including ownership form, payments before handover, transfer-related charges and recurring building costs.

The largest unresolved public-data issue is completion timing. FazWaz gives November 2027 and DDproperty lists 2027, while several other market-facing sources state late or Q4 2028. The accessible official project page and brochure do not publish a completion date. Rhom Bho’s Q2 2026 reporting places Coralina within its development portfolio and marks the project as currently for sale. That confirms it is not a completed ready-to-transfer development, but the primary public document does not provide a precise physical construction-stage label. We therefore do not promote either 2027 or 2028 as a confirmed contractual handover date. The public payment schedule is similarly inconsistent: external sellers publish different structures, while we did not find a single specific to the project schedule issued openly by Rhom Bho. A buyer should obtain the current unit price sheet, reservation terms, sale-and-purchase agreement, construction milestone schedule and matching payment plan before committing funds.

Ownership format

A foreign buyer may own a condominium unit freehold within the statutory foreign quota of up to 49% of the aggregate unit area. Quota availability must be confirmed for the specific unit; current Coralina listings include both foreign-quota freehold and leasehold offers.

Unit types & sizes

1 bedroom
26–44 sqm

The project’s most compact category. It can work for one resident or a couple, but the 18 sqm spread within the type is substantial, so storage, kitchen layout and usable living space should be compared plan by plan.

1 bedroom plus
46–49 sqm

A middle step between the standard one-bedroom range and a full two-bedroom apartment. It may suit a buyer who wants an additional work or flexible-use area without moving up to the 64–68 sqm bracket.

2 bedrooms
64–68 sqm

The core mid-sized family layout. Compared with a larger one-bedroom-plus home, the decision is less about headline area and more about whether a genuine second bedroom is needed for a child, guests or full-time use.

2 bedrooms plus
98–107 sqm

A major step up from the standard two-bedroom category. This is for buyers prioritising larger shared living areas rather than the compact proportions common in many resort-market apartments.

2-bedroom penthouse
71–72 sqm

Penthouse designation does not automatically mean a very large home: this type is only slightly larger than the standard two-bedroom range. Its value therefore depends heavily on level, orientation, plan and any unit-specific outdoor space.

2-bedroom penthouse plus
91–122 sqm

The widest size spread within a single category. Homes at the bottom and top of the range differ by more than 30 sqm, so they should not be treated as equivalent simply because they share the same type name.

3-bedroom penthouse
128 sqm

The largest confirmed residential type in the official brochure. It is a full family-sized option, making views, privacy, parking and the actual terrace configuration especially important when comparing it with a villa or a larger condominium residence.

Size ranges come from the official Coralina Kamala brochure. Verified net internal areas and a single current inventory schedule by type are not publicly available; both should be checked against the exact unit number and plan. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms

  • Current price: From THB 3.99M on current FazWaz and DDproperty project listings as of 16 August 2026. This is a lower market anchor from advertised stock; the specific unit, ownership form, availability and final price need to be confirmed before reservation.

We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: A buyer who wants to live in or regularly use Kamala without making a true beachfront position a non-negotiable requirement.; A family that needs more than bedroom count alone: children’s areas, pools, games and enough on-site activity to spend meaningful parts of the day within the development.; A home-based professional who values dedicated coworking, meeting, reading and shared-kitchen spaces rather than relying on an apartment or lobby for every workday.; A pet owner selecting Building A or B, provided the current rules are confirmed for the specific animal and unit before reservation.; A buyer who wants a wide size ladder within one development, from 26 sqm up to a confirmed 128 sqm, rather than comparing unrelated projects for each use case.; may not suit: Anyone who needs a completed, immediately occupiable home; Coralina is not yet listed among completed projects ready for transfer.; A buyer specifically looking for a small, low-density residence with very few neighbours; 564 homes make Coralina a sizeable compound.; Anyone unwilling to proceed until a single contractual completion date and specific to the project payment schedule are already clear from public material; current sources conflict.; A buyer assuming every unit automatically carries the same pet permissions; official material designates specific buildings and the detailed rules still need confirmation..

What we confirm before booking

A short, specific to the project list. We request these from the developer and go through them with you before any payment.

  • the legal entity in the SPA and the payee’s bank details
  • the title format and what is registered against the unit
  • the contractual area of the chosen unit, and which basis it is measured on
  • which amenities are fixed in the SPA annexes

Disputed and unknown information

This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.

  • Completion timing conflicts: FazWaz states November 2027, DDproperty states 2027, while several other platforms state late or Q4 2028; the accessible official project page and brochure do not publish a completion date.
  • We did not find a public Coralina-specific payment schedule issued by Rhom Bho; external sellers publish different structures, so none should be treated as confirmed for a specific unit.
  • The official brochure marks Buildings A and B as pet-friendly, while FazWaz describes the policy more broadly for the project; the exact rules for the building, unit and animal need to be checked against the condominium regulations.
