Why this project is worth a look
Transit that works
The covered connection through True Digital Park to Punnawithi BTS gives the project a genuinely usable transit relationship rather than a vague 'near the station' claim. For a resident commuting along the Sukhumvit line, that daily convenience can matter more than a slightly larger unit in a less connected building.
Inspect before buying
Because the tower is completed and occupied, buyers can assess the things that new-launch marketing cannot show: real views, heat, noise, lift waiting times, corridor upkeep, furniture quality and the exact walk to transit. The advantage is strongest when you compare several actual units rather than judging the project from one listing.
Two bedrooms matter
A meaningful part of the unit mix is built around two-bedroom homes from about 46.76 to 65.24 sqm. That gives couples, small families and home workers more practical choice than a tower where most stock is studios or compact one-bedrooms.
Useful shared spaces
Co-working, meeting rooms, a pool, gym, sauna, kids' room, garden, jogging track and a 31st-floor lounge cover work, exercise and downtime. The sensible buyer check is current condition and peak-time usage, because a long amenity list only has value when the spaces remain pleasant to use.
A visible resale market
The project has multiple active sale and rental listings, so buyers can compare individual owners rather than relying on a single developer price sheet. The THB 3.99M low anchor is useful for orientation, but unit condition, floor, view, tenancy and ownership quota can justify substantial differences between asking prices.
About the project
Whizdom Inspire Sukhumvit is a completed 46-storey condominium inside the True Digital Park ecosystem on Sukhumvit Road, in Bang Chak, Phra Khanong. The location matters less as a branding exercise and more as a daily-use proposition. Residents have offices, restaurants, shops and workspaces within the larger mixed-use environment, while a covered skywalk connects True Digital Park with Punnawithi BTS. For someone who wants to live in Bangkok without structuring every trip around a car, that combination is tangible. The building is already occupied, so a buyer can inspect the actual view, afternoon heat, corridor condition, lift traffic, noise, furniture and walking route to transit instead of relying on a sales gallery or construction promises.
The project sits under the MQDC brand and should not be confused with the neighbouring Whizdom Connect or Whizdom Essence towers. Inspire is its own building, with 554 residential units plus two commercial units on a 5-3-75 rai site. It is therefore not a boutique condominium. Scale can mean busier common areas and more dependence on good building management, but it also supports facilities that would be difficult to justify in a very small project. The official material includes dedicated co-working and meeting areas, a pool, gym, sauna, children's facilities, landscaped outdoor space, a jogging track and a high-floor lounge. The buyer's question is not whether the amenity list is long; it is whether the facilities they will actually use are well maintained and comfortably shared by a 554-unit community.

The unit mix is another reason to look at Inspire as a genuine residential building rather than a tower dominated by studios. The current core mix includes one-bedroom homes of roughly 31.87–33.82 sqm, two-bedroom/one-bathroom layouts of 46.76–48.00 sqm, and two-bedroom/two-bathroom layouts of 49.10–65.24 sqm. The original mix also included duplexes of 95.30–98.20 sqm and three-bedroom homes of 122.20–186.90 sqm. Those larger formats are no longer part of the current line-up, so they should be treated as scarce resale opportunities rather than normal available inventory. That distinction is useful: smaller units can be compared across several listings, while a large duplex or three-bedroom may need patience and a unit-specific search.
As of 20 August 2026, the lowest clearly visible sale anchor is THB 3.99 million for a 33.82 sqm one-bedroom. This is an asking price, not a guaranteed transaction price and not a project-wide price list. Other active inventory starts materially higher, around THB 5.3 million when only a small number of resale units are available. That spread is normal in a completed condominium. Floor, view, furnishing, renovation quality, seller urgency, tenancy and ownership quota can create large differences between units that look similar in a search result. THB 3.99 million is therefore best used as a lower market reference; real stock and terms should be rechecked before setting a purchase budget.
For a foreign buyer, the project is a registered condominium and resale listings are commonly marketed as freehold. The legal detail still sits at unit level. Thailand limits foreign ownership in a condominium to 49% of the qualifying area, so a foreign purchaser needs confirmation that foreign quota remains available for the selected unit and must prepare the required transfer documentation. A listing saying 'freehold' does not by itself guarantee that a particular foreign buyer can register title. If the foreign quota is unavailable, ownership cannot simply be transferred into the foreign buyer's name; any lease arrangement would be a separate contractual structure and should be reviewed as such. This is one of the checks that should happen before a deposit, not after a unit has been emotionally selected.
The common facilities are spread through the building rather than concentrated in a single showcase lobby. The ground level includes the lobby, reception, co-working area, meeting room, private learning centre, multi-purpose room, garden, jogging track and playground. The sixth floor carries the swimming pool, fitness room, sauna and kids' room. On the 31st floor there is a Skycamp Lounge with a pantry bar. The building also includes digital door locks, keycard access, 24-hour security, a home intelligence system and energy-recovery ventilation intended to bring fresh air into the residence. None of those features should be accepted purely from a specification list on a resale purchase; the useful step is to see how they operate today and whether the maintenance standard matches the asking price of the exact unit.
Parking is reasonably substantial for a transit-oriented high-rise, but the headline percentage deserves context. The building is stated to have 385 parking spaces including double parking, equal to about 69% of the residential unit count, plus three EV chargers that can serve six cars. The effective number of non-double-parking spaces is lower. In practical terms, 69% does not mean every owner receives a private bay. A household with two cars, or anyone who considers guaranteed parking essential, should ask the juristic person about allocation rules, guest parking and evening occupancy. For many residents, however, the project's stronger mobility argument is the direct relationship with Sukhumvit Road, the BTS network and the services inside True Digital Park.
There is a small discrepancy in the completion date across sources, but not in the status of the building. Different sources label the completion date as December 2019, 2020 or March 2020. The condominium is clearly completed and operational; the difference appears to be how different sources label completion or registration timing. For a resale buyer today, the higher-value checks are the physical condition of the selected unit, the seller's title and liabilities, outstanding common fees, foreign-quota eligibility where relevant, and the juristic person's current building management. Inspire is best approached as an established urban condominium where most of the important risks can be inspected directly rather than inferred from launch marketing.

Ownership format
The condominium is sold on a freehold basis; a foreign buyer can register freehold only within the building's 49% foreign-ownership quota. Quota availability and the exact tenure of the selected unit must be confirmed before purchase; any leasehold alternative is a separate contractual arrangement.
Unit types & sizes
The smallest format in the current line-up is a proper one-bedroom rather than a studio. These units also form the lowest visible entry point on the resale market, so floor, outlook, condition, furniture and the ownership quota of the exact unit matter more than a generic project average.
A compact two-bedroom layout that saves space by using one bathroom. It can work well for a couple with a child, a home office or an occasional guest room when the second enclosed room matters more than a second bathroom.
The more comfortable family configuration and the broadest size range in the current brochure. A 49 sqm unit and a 65 sqm unit can feel very different in living-room width, storage and day-to-day comfort, so total asking price alone is a poor way to compare them.
This format belonged to the original project mix. Today it should be treated as a scarce large-format resale rather than standard current stock, with availability verified unit by unit.
The largest homes in the original mix. Any opportunity today is likely to be an individual resale where condition, view, fit-out and title matter more than the old launch pricing.
The current unit line-up is centred on one- and two-bedroom homes. Duplexes and three-bedroom formats belong to the original mix, but today they should be treated as scarce resale stock and verified only when a specific unit appears. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 3.99M in an active DDproperty listing checked on 20 Aug 2026. This is a lower market anchor for one specific offering; the selected unit, availability, condition, ownership form and transaction terms need to be confirmed separately with a specialist.
- Completed: 2019-12
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: Buyers who want a Sukhumvit address with a practical covered route to the BTS network through True Digital Park, rather than a lifestyle that depends on driving for every daily trip.; Couples and small families who genuinely need a second bedroom; the unit mix gives two-bedroom layouts a much stronger role than in many studio-heavy high-rises.; Hybrid and remote workers who will use co-working, meeting and multi-purpose spaces inside the building while also benefiting from the wider True Digital Park environment.; People who prefer a completed condominium where the exact unit, building operation and surrounding environment can be inspected before committing capital.; Investors prepared to underwrite a purchase from actual asking prices and achievable rent for a specific unit, rather than relying on a guaranteed-yield sales promise.; may not suit: Buyers whose only goal is the cheapest possible condominium near a BTS station; Inspire is positioned around the mixed-use setting and shared facilities rather than the lowest price per square metre.; Anyone specifically looking for a studio; the residential mix starts with a separate one-bedroom format of roughly 31.9 sqm.; A foreign buyer who requires guaranteed foreign freehold without a unit-level quota check; foreign-quota availability has to be confirmed for the selected unit at the time of purchase.; Households that require one dedicated parking bay per unit as a non-negotiable condition; the published 69% parking ratio includes double parking and is not the same as individual allocated spaces..

Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- MQDC's brochure states construction completion in December 2019, while DDproperty records 2020 and FazWaz uses March 2020. The building is completed; the discrepancy is only in the completion date.
- The project and current listings use freehold tenure, but no public source confirms remaining foreign quota for individual units. A foreign buyer should verify quota availability before reserving a unit.
- The 2024 brochure shows only one- and two-bedroom homes, while the older official project page also lists duplex and three-bedroom formats. Current availability of the larger types is not confirmed.
