Why this project is worth a look
A smaller building
Ninety-three units give Very Lasalle a genuinely compact scale by Bangkok standards, but low unit count should not be confused with guaranteed privacy. The actual experience still depends on occupancy, management quality, the condition of common areas and the position of the specific apartment.
Built around two bedrooms
The original project mix is unusually focused: two-bedroom homes of roughly 59-73 sqm. That can work well for families, couples needing a separate office, or tenants who value a second room, while buyers looking for a low-cost studio or compact one-bedroom will find little natural fit here.
Parking matters here
The project website markets fixed parking, and launch reviews described 93 spaces for 93 units. That is relevant in an inner-Lasalle location where car access is a meaningful part of daily life. The resale contract and title package should still show exactly what parking right transfers with the chosen apartment.
A visible resale market
Completion in 2020 means the buyer can inspect a functioning building and compare live resale and rental stock. That is much more useful than a launch projection, although each price or rent belongs to a specific unit and should not be treated as a guaranteed market outcome.
Lasalle first, BTS second
Very Lasalle is an inner-neighbourhood project rather than a station-door condominium. It can be practical for school, Bang Na and car-based routines, while a buyer who expects a daily walk to the Skytrain should test the Bearing connection in person before deciding.
About the project
Very Lasalle is a completed low-rise condominium set inside the Lasalle residential area of southeast Bangkok. The project sits on Soi Lasalle 24, between the Sukhumvit 105 and Sukhumvit 107 approaches, and the project website highlights access from both sides. It is not a station-front tower and it was never designed around tiny studios. The original product is a compact 93-unit building made up primarily of two-bedroom homes measuring about 59 to 73 sqm. That changes the way the project should be judged: the useful questions are room size, the small resident base, parking, everyday access through Lasalle and Bang Na, and the last-mile connection to Bearing station. Construction was completed in June 2020, so a buyer today is looking at existing resale stock rather than taking development risk on an off-plan promise. The unit can be inspected, the building is operating, and the decision can be based on the actual title, condition, furniture, management charges, parking arrangement and immediate surroundings rather than a launch brochure.
The building's scale is one of its defining characteristics. Very Lasalle's own project page states 93 units across seven floors, and that description is repeated by FazWaz, PropertyHub, Dot Property and the original Think of Living review. Launch-era project information also described 93 parking spaces without tandem parking, while the developer-facing site marketed the project as a two-bedroom condominium with fixed parking. That does not mean every resale transaction can be assumed to include an identical parking right; the buyer still needs to see what is attached to the specific title and contract. The common facilities are residential rather than resort-like: a pool, fitness room, multipurpose lobby and library, garden court, children's area, lotus pond, security, CCTV, access control, internet and a shuttle service. In a 93-unit scheme, these amenities matter less as a sales checklist and more as a question of how well they are maintained five or six years after completion.

Location is the trade-off to understand before anything else. Bearing is the nearest BTS station, but Very Lasalle should not be presented as a walk-out-of-the-lobby rail project. FazWaz places the station at roughly 1.3 km, while older route-based reviews quote longer road distances depending on the exit and route used. The developer included a shuttle, and the address makes more sense for residents who are comfortable using a car, taxi or motorbike for the last leg. In return, the project sits in a part of Lasalle that works well for established local routines: Bangkok Patana and St. Andrews are among the international schools in the wider area, while BITEC, Central Bang Na and several hospitals are within the broader Bang Na catchment. A household that needs to reach a school, workplace or expressway in this side of Bangkok may value that pattern more than being immediately beside the Skytrain. A commuter who expects to walk to rail every day may reach the opposite conclusion.
The official unit mix is unusually straightforward. Very Lasalle was launched with two-bedroom apartments only, in a stated 59-73 sqm range. PropertyHub and other project directories continue to show the same basic specification. Current resale listings include examples around 59-65 sqm and 73 sqm, with some advertisements using labels such as 2+1 or even three bedrooms. Those listing labels should not be treated as proof of a separate original unit series. For a resale buyer, the floor plan and title matter more than the marketing label: verify the registered area, the actual number of enclosed rooms, bathroom count, any alterations, and whether the furniture shown in the listing is included. The project can appeal to buyers who want more usable space than a typical compact Bangkok condominium, but that advantage depends on the individual layout and condition rather than the headline square metres alone.
Pricing is now a resale-market story. On the check date, FazWaz showed stock from THB 4.0M, and DDproperty had also carried active two-bedroom listings around that lower level as well as higher asking prices. Other visible units cluster roughly in the mid-THB 4M to mid-THB 5M range and above depending on size, floor, fit-out and listing status. Rental advertisements in September 2026 were broadly around THB 22,000-29,000 per month across DDproperty and PropertyHub. Those are asking rents, not guaranteed income, and they should not be converted into an investment return without choosing a specific sale unit and matching it against genuinely comparable rental evidence. A sensible resale analysis would include vacancy, agency costs, common-area charges, repairs and the condition of the furniture. The useful point is that Very Lasalle has observable buy and rent stock, giving a buyer enough live market evidence to compare individual units rather than rely on a projected yield from the developer.
For an international buyer, the legal structure is simpler than a villa or land purchase because Very Lasalle is a registered condominium project. Thai rules allow foreign freehold ownership within the statutory foreign quota, and the condominium juristic person must confirm that quota position for the transfer. A listing that says 'freehold' is therefore only part of the due diligence. FazWaz currently shows some Very Lasalle units specifically marked as foreign quota and others under different quota labels, so eligibility must be confirmed for the unit actually being purchased. Because the building has been completed since 2020, the buyer can also request the practical resale documents that matter: the condominium title, confirmation of no outstanding common fees, current management charges, house rules and evidence for any fixed parking right. The project is easy enough to understand at building level; the real work is making sure the selected resale unit matches the assumptions in the advertisement.
Ownership format
A foreign buyer can hold a condominium unit in freehold only while the building has room within its foreign ownership quota. Current Very Lasalle listings include freehold units, but the selected unit's quota status and the remaining foreign allocation should be confirmed with the condominium juristic person before funds are committed.
Unit types & sizes
This is the project's original and officially stated unit format. Resale stock includes homes around 59-65 sqm and 73 sqm, while some advertisements use labels such as 2+1 or three bedrooms. Check the actual floor plan and registered area before purchase; an unusual listing label is not evidence of a separate original unit type.
The project website and major directories describe Very Lasalle as a two-bedroom scheme with units of roughly 59-73 sqm. Alternative room labels seen in resale ads should be checked against the individual floor plan rather than treated as part of the official project mix. Prices are the lowest the brokerage boards publish, not the developer’s price list — the price and availability of a specific unit are something we go through with you personally.

Price & purchase terms
- Current price: From THB 4.0M in active FazWaz and DDproperty listings checked on 20 Sep 2026. This is a lower resale-market anchor rather than a developer price list; availability, condition, furniture, ownership status and the final agreed price must be checked for the selected unit.
- Completed: 2020-06
We show the lowest of the prices the brokerage boards publish: their figures for the same unit differ by a few per cent, and none of them is the developer’s price list. We ask the developer for the current price, availability and payment terms on the unit you are looking at, and go through them with you personally.

Best for: A family or couple looking for a completed two-bedroom home of roughly 59 sqm or more rather than a compact city unit.; A buyer whose daily routine is tied to Lasalle, Bang Na, international schools or car-based travel.; Someone who prefers a 93-unit building and wants to inspect an operating project rather than buy into construction risk.; An investor willing to underwrite a specific resale unit using its real purchase price, achievable rent and running costs rather than a marketed yield promise.; may not suit: A buyer who requires an easy daily walk to rail with no shuttle, taxi or motorbike last mile.; Someone specifically seeking a studio or small one-bedroom; the original Very Lasalle product was built around two-bedroom units.; A foreign buyer unwilling to verify the selected unit's quota and transfer documents before committing funds; a listing label alone is not enough for registration..

Disputed and unknown information
This keeps the open points in one place. A missing or disputed fact is not treated as a conclusion.
- The project website, FazWaz, PropertyHub and other specialist sources describe seven floors, while some DDproperty structured fields show eight. The project record uses the primary-source figure of seven; the registered building documents can settle the discrepancy during legal due diligence.
- Land-area figures conflict: the current project website shows 660 sqm, while FazWaz and launch-era reviews show 2,640 sqm / 1-2-60 rai. The area is therefore excluded from the core record until a project document resolves the difference.
- Fixed parking was part of the project marketing, and launch reviews described 93 spaces for 93 units with a separate parking right. A resale buyer should confirm exactly what parking entitlement transfers with the selected unit.
